The fact that the work I needed to have done on my Tahoe was covered by insurance was great, however the communication with the service department was not great. I kept calling to follow up, since no one reached out. I did express this to the service department manager. I had not had my Tahoe 30 days and was just trying to find out what was wrong and how long it would be.

We drop my wife's car at the dealership at the confirmed date and time they asked us to bring it in, got there there's no technicians to diagnose the car. She was told that someone will get in touch with her when the technician was available. Three day passes no one gets in touch with her so she called them back explains everything that's wrong with the car and everything goes silence for two weeks, after two weeks she gets a call from the dealership saying come get your car. Nothing is wrong with it.So I got there pick up the car, I asked the commission what he done to my car since he had it there for two weeks he explains to me there's nothing wrong with the car, he proceeded to tell me let's go I'll show you, so we go to the car turn the on and show him exactly what's wrong with the car and he just goes silence.I didn't get an apology, I didn't get a sorry, I'm incredibly disappointed with this dealership

I was currently working remotely with Brione on a vehicle for sale there. I am several states away and she was helpful with providing information and answering questions about the vehicle. If all works out, I will be another one of your happy customers!UPDATE: Unfortunately, I had a change of heart for the way business was conducted on my transaction. I told the salesperson I was pre-approved for twice the asking price and I requested documents last night by text so that I could place a deposit on this vehicle, the salesperson acknowledged my text message I was advised by the salesperson that someone left a deposit for this truck after I had requested to do the same before and the that truck will be picked up tomorrow. After working out logistics arranging airfare, and asking to make a deposit sight unseen, I feel this was very unfair. Not a good way to treat customers.

Best price in the area for an 8 speed transmission flush. Had an issue getting an accurate quote and still ended up paying $50 more than quoted but still the best price by a stretch. Service manager was amenable to discussing and addressing my concerns.

Honestly some of the best people I've ever interacted with. They're kind and polite. I have massive social anxiety and they let me stumble out my words without interrupting me, helped me understand what was going on even if I asked the same question multiple times , etc. plus they're just overall friendly but relaxed people. been here 3 times and never had a bad experience. definitely will recommend them.

Service advisor did not tell mechanics what exactly I needed done, causing me to have to return at a later date at additional costs to me. I paid $2,300 for a window regulator and a thermostat and housing and water pump. Insulation was left out of window repair so now I have a loud rattle in the door, in which I have to bring my car back, and I'll have to haggle as to if I'll pay for it again. $1,000 to fix that door! I was " up sold " stuff I didn't want for $300. After $2,300 my car runs worse than it did when I came in for maintenance.

We purchased an antenna for our 2023 Colorado TrailBoss after it was knocked off by a carwash brush. We made 3 separate appointments to get it replaced and rescheduled each time. Ricki in the service department told us they would need at least 5 hours for the job. We had it done at another dealership in less than an hour and a half. Parts dept was great but would not use service again. They wasted our time and gas making 4 trips to the dealership for nothing. The customer service department was courteous enough to reach out and apologize and offer to make the experience right. Thank you

I purchased a vehicle from Sutton Chevrolet, and I love it. My experience the date of purchase was fine. My after-purchase experience leaves me needing Advil. After-sale customer service at Sutton Chevrolet is completely non-existent. So, in case you find a vehicle that you cannot live without from Sutton, here is some advice from an experienced Sutton customer:1. Make SURE you are given everything you need on date of purchase, including all keys to the vehicle.2. I would not recommend speaking to a manager over the phone due to their immaturity and history of hanging up on customers mid-sentence.3. If you are told that the sales team and manager will reach out to Mr. Sutton himself, then return your call...don't hold your breath. You will get NO call.For back story, and in case Mr. Sutton has google, I was given one key fob to my vehicle upon purchase (in mid-October). Apparently, there was a second key. I was not informed of this key's existence. Said key fob was sent to me by mail in an unlined envelope secured with a brad closure and scotch tape. Upon arrival to me, this envelope was empty with the envelope fully open with a key-sized tear in the envelope. I was told by a manager that when they send out important items, they send them via Fed Ex with tracking, but not this time. So, of course, I was concerned that someone could have a key to my vehicle along with my address. I called multiple times to report my concern, I was hung up on once (intentionally), and I have yet to hear from anyone. Since then, I have gone to another dealership (with actual customer service) and gotten the key fob replaced and both reprogrammed. I paid $250 for this service, something I think I should be reimbursed for, but I will not be pursuing this further because they give me a headache. Instead, I will just leave my warning here.

Please PLEASE do not purchase your vehicle from this dealership! When I arrived to buy the car it hadn’t been detailed as I was told, when I seen something was broken In the car (after they said everything was working fine) they did not offer to fix but offered a free oil change.They did not tell me the truth on the car fax about the car. I had to place the car in the shop 17 days after purchase and the shop I took it to told me, it was no way they informed me that nothing was wrong with the car. I called this dealership to get some type of answers a got the run around and could not get back in contact with the salesperson a never got a return call. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ? I drove 2 hours to be lied to and deceived into buying the vehicle. I asked about the extended warranty and the salesperson told me the dealership was expensive and advised me to not get it because she assured nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Too much to list but please do not, DO NOT Purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Worst car experience ever

Tania was the best customer service person I have experienced with my vehicle , she call me with the news on my vehicle took action with me getting my parts immediately, and had me ready the same day. She went beyond the call of duty, and she did have to do that. That was my first visit there but I will be going there for all my car service needs. Thank you so much
