I went through their drive thru and waited on my food and got it then pulled over to check everything and was missing some of my items and then drove through again and the night manager tried saying he gave me both of the items and i told them they could check the bag and after me waiting more the guy at the window told me to back up my car for no reason. Waited 2 minutes then pulled forward again to grab it and leave i gotta say night shift sucks

I went to the drive-thru and asked if they still have the box special. She replied "No". I then asked about the Chalupa Box Special. Her reply was "Yes". Is that not a box special? It's time to replace these restaurant workers with BOTs. BOTs won't have attitude and they will get your order right. Also, you won't have to tip them.

I just wanted to thank Lyndon (I believe that’s what she said her name was) for going above and beyond to get my daughter her strawberry blast. The original lady said they were out but she stepped in and said I can defrost it real quick for you and grabbed it out of the freezer. It’s nice that customer service isn’t completely lost these days.

This concerns the Taco Bell in Byron GA, but I have had similar experiences at other locations.I ordered Cheesy Bean and Rice Burritos and Beefy Melt Burritos.I was informed that, since the kitchen ran out, the burritos would have no rice.When I asked if anything could be substituted on the items in place of the missing rice, I was informed that there would be an upcharge (in $.70 each to add beans to the Beefy Melt Burritos in place of the missing rice)Why are customers expected to either pay Full price for items that are missing ingredients, or pay extra to substitute for those missing ingredients? We are not offered any discount on incomplete items.

I don’t even know where to begin! I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up it was not ready. No one comes to the front to ask to see if you need any help. Been 30 mins still haven’t received my order!

DO NOT GET THE FRIES WITH NACHO CHEESE. This was $4.98 and I got literally 4 fries covered in nacho sauce. Not to mention it’s stuck to the paper. This happened to me in the drive thru. Check your food before leaving.

Taylor (drive through) is SUPER rude and just plain nasty. I’ll never come back here again! & I love maybe ten mins from there and went to college near there so I’m definitely a repeat customer. I’ve been coming there for years but NEVER again! She’s terrible. & they gave me my order for free, but guess what…it was the wrong order! Thanks but no thanks…I knew I should have just went to Wendy's or Chicfila, this never happens there!

Went to the counter and was ignored for 2 maybe 3 minutes. I was the only one at the counter, so they were not busy. I asked if anyone was working the counter and was treated very rudely. They didn't wrap one taco and it opened up in the bag. Will not go back there again. Very hateful employees working there.

I have only been here three times and each time it is the same and it’s the same boy at window that gives the service that should not even be working here . You place a order online you come to pick up your order no one in line you pull up to window and he wants to be ugly and get you to pull back around to go to speaker to say your here to pick up the order omg come on this is uncalled for and attitude as well

Big NOOOOO to this place. Person who prepares the food went to the rest room wearing gloves and started using the same gloves to prepare the food. Company should take action against these kind of people..

Stupid bad service nasty store no one at the counter food cold and food bad and soggy will not come back and will make sure to tell ever one I know not to eat at tacobell in byron needs new staff and new management and a deep clean and fresh
