Due to the fact that I live 17 miles from this particular tractor supply, which is the closest one to my home, I shop here often. I have about 30 chickens give or take 10 or so.( chicken.)
I usually have to load my own chicken feed into my vehicle because they act like they’re so busy helping others or in the back. I’ve asked for help and had them come out only to help someone else that is younger and white. Since then they have hired new people And it’s a hit or miss whether or not you’re going to get someone with an attitude.
Yesterday I went in to buy myself and my aunt one of those 6 foot tall aluminum chickens for displaying in the yard. I had originally asked for three of them, but when I got to the register, I had the ticket off of two of them so I purchased the two that I had and figured I would come back for the other later . After purchasing the chickens, a young woman put them in a separate buggy each and brought them out to the car. When I got home, I realized they both had indented the front chest part of these huge aluminum chickens which I try to push back out, but it’s awkward and wouldn’t work right. My aunt was not happy about her chicken being dented, but still loves her chicken. I was questioned about the payment of my two chickens inside at the register which we finally cleared up that she had charged me for two and I was picking up two large chickens plus one small one. Another TSC worker came out and asked to see my receipt to make sure I paid for the chickens that I was putting in my car and pretended to make sure I got as many as I paid for when at first questioning if I paid for both. My receipt reflected what I paid for . I returned the same day and purchased two more from my yard to put in my flower gardens and my vegetable garden. I paid for two more big chickens, and as we are walking out the door with them.(A TSC worker and I), another TSC employee that was there earlier stated that I had to pay for those that I was going out the door with because I hadn’t paid for them earlier and the girl with me said she just did pay for them and everything is clear. My aggravation is that I shop here weekly and spend a lot of money here as well as my family because we all have chickens at our homes, I feel she is insinuating. I’m trying to walk out with a free chicken. I get so tired of dealing with people that have multicolored hair and nose and ear rings and what have you that looked down on me as if they can’t phantom to see I might have enough money to afford my shopping there. I hate to have to go an extra 10 miles to one of the other TSC’s and I like when I shop somewhere that the employees know me and our friendly. My mother has the same unfriendly service there as I do so I guess it is what it is.

Ordered a root slayer shovel online for store pickup. Added a bag of store brand 4Health cat food to save another trip. The cat food was treated as a separate order and filled at a store in a different town than I was shopping in. I was unsuccessful in getting the AP to cancel the order and had to drive 30 minutes to the other town to pick it up. A better option would have been for the AP to simply advise that the store was out of the product. The staff at both stores were flippant and unconcerned about the inconvenience. I expected better from the company that I shop with so frequently. When a customer chooses a location, it is not appropriate to send their order to a different location. When a company inconveniences a customer, the staff should make an effort to correct that problem. I should have made both snotty cashiers return the products and shopped elsewhere.

The staff had us standing around over an hour to buy chickens. There were staff just standing around laughing, on cellphones and not helping anyone.
I don't know whose idea it was not to sell a product until mid afternoon after you have the product on the floor already is just stupid.

I had the pleasure of making a delivery to this store. The staff is absolutely not friendly, it feels like they are forced or forced to work here. They don't give a damn about your time.

I purchased this pressure washer from this location in March. I was told when I purchased it that it came with a warranty and that if anything went wrong with it to contact them. The pump went out, making the pressure washer and ineffective. I called the store today and spoke to someone and they told me to bring it in for an exchange. I did not have my receipt, they were able to retrieve it from their system. This process took almost an hour. After finally finding my receipt, Natalie turned and said you’re outside of your Return. I had already told her that I bought it earlier in the year, this should’ve prompted her to tell me that I was outside of the 30 day return And we could’ve saved a lot of time. She called her manager Cara, who stated that we will not return it even though it’s Faulty. When I asked to speak to Cara on the phone, Natalie the sales person I was working with called her and said the customer would like to speak to you “unfortunately”
It absolutely blows my mind that you can buy a very expensive piece of machinery from a location like this and they only give you a 30 day warranty. Which that is what was not said to me when I purchased it. I highly suggest shopping pretty much anywhere else that Can stand behind their product. Do not sell a product that you cannot stand behind if something is to go wrong in such a short period of time. They advertise a five year warranty on the engine and a three-year warranty on the pump. This thing failed within nine months And I was simply told that they were not gonna do anything to correct this issue.
I rarely leave reviews unless it is an extremely well deserved review.
Do not buy anything expensive at these locations because they will not stand behind them.

Waited 30 minutes for for someone to come outside and refill a gas tank. I notified them 2ce and nobody ever came.

The new guy at check out rude and yelling at all the customers and yelling at you about how much you spend in the store and very rude and disrespectful

Went there this evening to purchase a towable garden cart. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Elijah was there to get me checked out, loaded up, and on my way. Thanks man, appreciate it!

Tractor Supply Warner Robins GA. Is absolutely the worst store that I have to go to. I wish I hD someplace else to buy my dog food. I was the first person in the door. The woman that opened the door never said one word to me. Not one person that worked there said one word to me. The cashier asked me for my phone number. That was it. Never said good morning, hello, thank you, have a nice day. NOTHING! the people that work there are the worst employees I have ever seen. What is wrong with these people? They act like they are doing you a favor just letting you in their store.
