The Best Western Executive Inn in Cairo, Georgia offers a mixed experience for guests. Many reviewers found the rooms to be satisfactory, with one describing them as "well-equipped, comfortable, and cleaned." However, another visitor felt the room was "kind of dirty and gross." The hotel's continental breakfast received varied feedback. Some guests enjoyed the "delicious, fresh, and warm" food options like cereal, yogurt, sausage, and breakfast potatoes. But one family had a negative encounter with a rude staff member who insisted on serving their children instead of allowing them to serve themselves. The hotel staff received both praise and criticism. One reviewer highlighted the "wonderful staff—friendly, patient and always willing to help with a smile" who made their stay memorable. However, another guest complained about the "forever" check-in process. Overall noise levels were an issue, with one visitor noting the "walls are paper thin" and it was "very loud all night long." Despite these mixed experiences, some guests, including one returning customer, were satisfied with their stays and would recommend the Best Western Executive Inn. As one reviewer summarized, it provided a "kind and inviting mindset all around" for a "fun and restful visit."
Front desk clerk refused to accommodate disabilities. Both of us are disabled and can't do stairs well but made us take second floor. Plenty of open rooms on first. Also refused military ID. When you completely disrespect disabled Veterans, that's a never again from me.
