Great service answering my questions. Even got after hours support trying to troubleshoot my pump issue texting on a personal cell phone. They helped me this time and the same person helped me over 10 years ago when I purchased my dolphin pumps.

Great customer service to match a great product. Ordered a pump that had too much power for the diameter plumbing I had. They were helpful and exchanged to a smaller pump for me. Refunded the cost difference and all. The old pump had many years of service and just needs a seal change. That will be my new back up pump.
