“I had a very positive experience with the Supervisor, Suzanne Colvin, at the Cairo location. We had a package that was destined to a location of Georgia that caused the package to go through the Palmetto Facility (in April/May of 2024) and the package was not moving at all for days. Suzanne from the Cairo location was assigned to our case and she was able to explain the problems that were occurring in Palmetto and give us advice on the next steps to take for our package. I appreciate when a USPS site has a helpful Supervisor which is why I'm giving this site a high rating.”
