Robert Bearden Inc. (RBI) is a professional trucking company that strives to exceed customer expectations with unparalleled service and a first-class operations and driver team. It is a 100% employee-owned company, putting value in shareholder development and looking for individuals who want more than an employee relationship. The company is described as phenomenal and fantastic, with excellent communication and a friendly, helpful leadership that truly cares. The office and dispatch staff are top notch, supporting a positive environment. The company is committed to its shareholders and stands behind its services, going above and beyond for customers. It has meaningful relationships with top tier customers and makes strategic decisions for the long haul. While most feedback is extremely positive, a recent implementation of in-cab cameras was noted as a privacy concern. An isolated incident regarding a driver's trailer operation was also mentioned, though his backing was noted as good. Overall, RBI is highly recommended as a great place to work.
