This bank doesn't care about families, just advertising their name as a sponsor on every banner they can be added on to appear that way. After a death in my in-laws family, we had reached out to see what can be done about having credit life insurance added onto a mortgage, since this was discussed in the past and was an available option should minds had changed in the future, or so they were told.It appears as though, suddenly, credit life is only an option on non-personal residences at this bank. I've never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life.Get this: By not doing so, they'd be taking a MASSIVE loss on the property in the long run. So not only do they not care about the future of families in Grady County and surrounding areas, they're willing to take a loss themselves on top of it all.Don't go here for ANYTHING.

Find another bank. I deal with several lenders and never had one say, I will call you back and not follow through. I feel if you don't want to work with someone at least have the professionalism to let them know!

Terrible service, don't expect a call back from lender, they say they will but they don't. Take your business elsewhere.

After posting my review, someone did reach out to me on Yelp in order to correct the NSF Fee charges. I, unfortunately, haven't had the time to reach out to them in order to correct the issue, but after logging in today, I see that we were credited for the NSF fees. I appreciate them reaching out to us, as well as correcting the issue.

This bank will not help you if you get into a bind. They don't care about their customers whatsoever. We were originally told (Sorry, we didn't get her name, but she was polite) that if someone kept attempting to charge our account that we could freeze our account, so we wouldn't continuously be charged NSF fees. We thought we had it resolved with the outside company that attempted to charge our account the first time. So then came a second attempt from the same outside company to withdraw from our account (As well as a second NSF fee from UNB), so we decided to call and ask to have our account frozen to prevent any further attempts. After my wife spoke with a lady named Faye (My wife said she was very condescending), she stated that the only way to prevent these charges from continuously occurring was to pay a $25 fee to put a stop payment. It seems as though we've been given the run around, so that way this bank can 1. Continuously charge our account NSF fees in order to profit like any another large chain bank would attempt to do, or 2. Tell us that the only way to stop it from continuously occurring is to pay $25 stop payment fee for every attempt. I've NEVER had a bank that WOULD NOT allow you to freeze your account to prevent this from happening. I would suggest you avoid this bank like the plague if this could be an issue for you, as it seems they're only out to get you and fill their pockets like every other major bank. Also, on a minor note, the bank sent us the wrong type of checks that we chose, that should've been our first warning sign. However, we didn't attempt to get it corrected, after all it's just a check. You would think an independent bank would treat their customers with more respect than a major chain that's out to fee you to death (And even major chain banks allow you to freeze your account). Off to a credit union we will go.
