Failed to deliver my mail on a Saturday so I had to wait till Monday to get what I needed. No excuse for this when you pay for delivery.

I had a very positive experience with the Supervisor, Suzanne Colvin, at the Cairo location. We had a package that was destined to a location of Georgia that caused the package to go through the Palmetto Facility (in April/May of 2024) and the package was not moving at all for days. Suzanne from the Cairo location was assigned to our case and she was able to explain the problems that were occurring in Palmetto and give us advice on the next steps to take for our package. I appreciate when a USPS site has a helpful Supervisor which is why I'm giving this site a high rating.

They are 100% NOT OPEN until 4:30 pm every day. They close at 12:00pm. It’s ridiculous the hours they have set at this location.

The most unprofessional usps I've been too. My wife and I have signed multiple papers saying no package should be delivered because of thieves. It doesn't matter to them they still put it on their truck. This happens every time. Does their equipment not tell them when they scan it that this package should not leave the office? Also most the employees are rude and don't care about you or your package. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Horrible service! They were so rude to me until I bought Muffin in there and all of a sudden their attitudes changed! They kept telling me they didn’t have my package and the whole time she was typing in the wrong number. I’ve never had such horrible service.

I visit this post office quite frequent and I’m always greeted by the postal clerk Turquoise. She is always very courteous, kind and efficient. She knows her job very well..This post office need more clerks like her that care about customer service. On the other hand, the post master need to do something about the EXTREME HEAT that in this location. It seems as though the central air here is inoperable. I don’t know why anyone would have there postal clerks working in this georgia heat. I almost passed out in here!..This is just UNACCEPTABLE and need to be reported to upper postal service management..Just a concerned customer...

I use this post office daily for my online business. For me the USPS has the best rates to get my products out and make the most profit. Yes the rates increase yearly, packages may get lost and run late at times, but any other shipping service has the same issues! Cairo post office is one of the nicer ones that I've used. The workers are always super friendly and helpful. I'm usually in and out in a few minutes.
