Made the switch from Verizon to Att and I am not disappointed at all. The customer service in the Calhoun store is the best of any business I have dealt with. Alex and Lucy went above and beyond helping my wife and I. They even stayed past closing time to make sure we were satisfied. Those 2 alone earned my business from now on!!!

***BAIT and SWITCH!!! Be AWARE!! During the holidays I went into ATT Calhoun, GA store to upgrade my phone. At first the rep was helpful. I traded my phone for the upgrade., he inspected the phone and told me $839. With an increase in my monthly bill of $10. A few days later I returned to the store to drop off the old phone then the same guy is now telling me my phone is only worth $350 and my bill will be increased $20. Now the same Rep is obnoxious and won’t stand by his original agreement now that he has gotten his benefits from my TWO new phones!!!!! Never doing business in this location. I have been an ATT customer for 30 years!!!

I go to this store on a regular basis. The staff is friendly and professional. When needing assistance with phone, I was glad to have a live person with experience help me.Thank you, AT&T for having a store in Calhoun. And in a convenient location.

If you can go to a different store, you should most definitely go to a different one. Associates seem to have no idea how to do their job. They’re not helpful nor professional. The ATT service here in Calhoun is a joke. Get Verizon or any other service because otherwise you’re not going to be able to get texts to come through, send messages, or use the internet. Any experience you have here or with ATT will be disappointing and you wonder why their service is so expensive when everything about them sucks. Hire new people and make sure they’re actually friendly and know their job. If I could give negative stars I make ita -3.5/5

WHY would you put an AT&T store in a town where AT&T customers already get NO service. Literally cannot load a single thing on my phone in 90% of Calhoun. Paid for my husband to have a higher tier of service just to see if we were being throttled and NOPE he still has just as terrible service as I did. Can't make phone calls can't browse internet can't GPS. Worthless.
