I was told by my cousin about Bailey's Auto Repair when I needed an oil change and a new air filter. I was able to get in right away and the service took less than an hour. I recommend them. Service and pricing was fair.

These guys did a great job! We had a list of things to be checked. They were done in just a few hours. We will take all our vehicles to them. We recommend them to everyone!We are a couple of happy campers thanks to them! ?? good job guys!

I was a customer at Bailey's for 20 years. No longer! He used to be slow and grouchy, but cheap. I used to put up with him. I called and made an appointment for them to work on my car. I had it towed over. Probably just needs an ignition relay. Simple. The old man took one look at the tow truck and called me, yelled at me and refused to work on it. He called my car a piece of junk. He was crazy. The tow truck driver told me that 'Ol man Bailey is 80 years old and should have retired. No one wants to work for him anymore. He recommended someone else and took it there. Sad. Probably dementia.

If you ever have car problems in Calhoun, Georgia, Don ever take it to Bailey's Auto Repair. They won't fix the problem and will charge 216 dollars for it. They are nothing but crooks.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Have had my car for two months and now more is wrong than when I took it in. When I ask why David told me they had other cars to work on and if I didn't like their work come get it. I already paid for the repairs. Don't go here they don't care.Service: Auto maintenance

My son had his car towed here 3 and half weeks ago with the promise his car would be done by the following Tuesday, was not ready by Tuesday and was told that it would be Thursday. As of yesterday morning they were putting it in the bay and would call us that evening!!! NO CALL!!! was back up there this morning with the worker lying every word out of his mouth , waited till owner got there to see ya know when they actually could get the car fixed only to find out they have moved 2 new cars ahead of his and was told if we needed it done sooner take it somewhere else !! We paid 60 dollars having the car towed there now have to pay to have it towed elsewhere! DO NOT RECOMMEND, ITS A BIG WASTE OF TIME !! AND MONEY!!

Not impressed! Now this would have been my first time using them and as a new customer, I would have liked to see the work being done before it gets done. I.E. examine the parts, see what's wrong, etc. But when I asked, the first response was, "what? You don't trust us?" First of all, I don't know you. Second, if I'm paying you to work on it, I expect to get to see what you are doing to my vehicle. I get insurance reasons but other shops allow customers to come look. Then I get another response of, "well, we don't have all day for you to get here". That's fine. But the guy doesn't know how long or how far away I live, how many other vehicles I have, etc. I was NOT impressed by his attitude. And this was the owner or owners son. Lost my business and the business I can bring him.

Had a little pick up that needed some motor work. Was quoted a price but when we went to pick the truck up it was higher than we were quoted. We told them call us if there was anything outside of what we had discussed that needed to be done. They said they forgot to charge for one thing and just added another thing. I’ve use Bailey’s twice. They’re a bit slow to answer you back but do a good job overall. My last job was with a transmission and the quotes rebuild, parts and labor was just two much. Not saying it was Bailey’s fault just unfortunate. I will use them again.

We took my Hummer to them and to this day, we continue to have mechanical mishaps after 1 year. We are still replacing things that were supposed to be replaced and were not. They were not honest about their bill and what was performed on my truck. Need to educate their mechanics on the mechanics of vehicles and honesty.

These guys are the best they have repaired 4 different cars and a truck and they have always done an excellent job at the best price I have found each time I sure don't know why they have a couple of bad reviews because I have had nothing other than friendly and professional service from Bailey's and over a ten year span I recommend them unconditionally and whole heartedly Randy
