Came to get documents notarized by the notary Denise Silvers. Banking with Truist gives me access to a notary. She refused to notarize the document that was presented and directed me to the Package Store around the corner to complete my notary....so a bank can't notarize my document but the package store can...? Please make it make sense.

This bank is as bad as it gets. Not only do they pass out free fraud alerts but the tellers are rude. The only one that seemed to care was Ms Kandise. The rest speak your business extremely loud in front of other customers and try to do everything to avoid helping u with your actual issue. Zero stars, I’m closing this account and going somewhere else.

I contract for a business that has a business account with Truist bank in Calhoun Ga. When I go to cash a check from this business Truist bank will only cash the check if I agree to an $8 fee because I do not have an account with Truist. This is highway robbery in my opinion. I would never bank with Truist to give them a chance to do other people that way that I would be writing checks to as a business. If I could give them O Stars I would.

The bank really gone downhill since it became truist that includes the mobile app. The thing I really hate since the change is that it now takes forever to get my current balance posted. We are now on the thirteen a friday of the new year and I still have a pending amount from taco bell I had bought two days ago (the 11th) its still pending I got paid yesterday still pending i moved money into my savings paid some bills but because I have many things pending all the way back from 11th, woke up to a negative 130 balance I honestly feel robbed how am I supposed to know how much I have in my account at all times if my balance doesn't get officially posted until days later I don't believe it's gonna get posted until Monday two days later am I not supposed to use my card for two days 0 stars since the change

I have been banking with BB&T (now Truist) for over a decade. I got my first account here in college and have had it ever since. I used to really like it here. They were fast and pleasant. Now going here is a literal nightmare. There are 2 or 3 ladies that are nice tellers, but there are a few others who will be burdened by your existence and need of banking assistance, even though that's the job they applied and got hired to do. It is always incredibly busy, and they are always understaffed. They never answer the phone. Don't drop a deposit off in the drop box unless you want it to be days before it goes into your account. The bank itself has really just gone downhill. It used to be a bank that was for the people, now they really don't care who you are. The level of service they used to provide is not there anymore and I will be moving to Greater Community on the next day I have off that isn't a bank holiday.

Truist offers the benefits of a large bank with all of the small town charm and pleasantries. They know my name when I pull up and always go the extra mile. If you are on the fence about going with another bank they should be the first choice. Great experience every time.

They all are really nice, however the cashier tonight, she told me they were closed. According to the website that was updated a week ago the drive through is supposed to be open until 6. When I told her that, and questioned the hours she turned away from and wouldn't talk to me anymore.

I’m not sure what direction this bank is going with the merger to Truist but the customer service sucks. I have been trying to get a live person on the phone for a week. I have called the branch here in my town and I have even called the 1- 800 number and still get a voicemail and no calls back. When it comes down to my banking needs I don’t want a voicemail I want someone to talk to me and get my issue resolved. I have 2 accounts with Truist and I’m kinda regretting doing business with them.
