Overall they’ve been super helpful recently with getting everything situated with me after my wreck and even got me into another car within just a couple of weeks. Staff is also very friendly so it just makes the whole experience 10 times better.

Okay so let my husband and I say this is a wonderful company to buy a vehicle from Brian's auto is awesome we bought a 2000 GMC Sierra truck from them and it had been a while and we went back and got a 2013 Ford escape and we started having problems with the escape and Brian's auto made it right as long as you pay your payments and do them right they will do you right and they did they let us pick anything on the lot and they made it right we got a 2018 F150 and it's nice and we really like it so do right by them and they treat you right so be good to them and pay on time if you buy a vehicle they are awesome we give them 5 star rating they are awesome. and the payments are affordable too.

My husband Matthew Buckner had called Brian’s Auto multiple times throughout the day in hopes of being approved for a vehicle. Each time he called the staff was super friendly and helpful. They did what they could do to get him approved without him even having to come into the office. Once he got the call that he was approved we went up to the lot and again the staff was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job explaining everything to us and helped us get into something reliable and affordable in no time at all. The down payments and weekly payments can not be beat!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY GAVE ME A 08 FORD FUSION SEPTEMBER 12,2025 THE NEXT DAY LATER THE CAR HAD SENSOR ISSUES I GAVE THE CAR BACK TO THEM TO FIX when the mechanic gave me my keys back the brakes weren't working, then I had to bring it back 2 days later they fix the breaks I went after my oil change then I went to Louisiana for custody visitation wensday I made a 143$ payment Friday, the same day power steering fluid start leaking like water I contacted Brian's auto sales to keep them up the date with everything and told them I will have to get this fix before I return this is a 400$ repair and I can't drive the car it will take Me at least 2-3 weeks to get back to gerogia I got stuck in Louisiana, I ASKED THEM IF YALL WANNA COME GET THE CAR YALL CAN JUST LET ME KNOW IF YALL COMIN TO GET IT, THESE PLP SAID THEY CANT DISCLOSE THAT INFORMATION, 2 DAYS LATER SUPER EARLY IN THE MORNING LIKE 6 OR 7AM IN LOUISIANA THEY CAME GOT THE CAR, AT THE TIME I THOUGHT THE CAR WAS STOLEN, I CALLED BRIAN AUTO SALES I ASKED THEM DID THEY COME GET THE CAR THEY STILL SAID WE CANT DUSCLOSE THAT INFORMATION, SO I FILED A POLICE REPORT CUZ I THOUGHT THE CAR WAS STOLEN, IN THE MEANTIME A FAMILY MEMBER WAS AT BRIANS AUTO SALES TRYNA GET ANSWERS ON MY BELONGINGS THAT WAS LEFT IN THE CAR THEN THEY FINALLY ADMITTED THEY TOOK THE CAR THEY WILL NOTIFY ME STEVEN WHEN THE CAR ARRIVES AT THERE DEALERSHIP THATS ALL THEY HAD TO SAY, they play games over the phone acting like they can't tell me if they have the car or not, all my personal information is in the vehicle driver's license, social security information my daughter gifts nd clothes, BRIDGET was also being very disrespectful over the phone about me collecting my belongings out there 08 ford fusion, I told them I'm already stuck in Louisiana she tells me if I want my belongings I have to come get it, IN GEORGIA So mind u they took all my personal information that was left in the vehicle including my driver's license, social security I CANNOT CATCH A TRAIN, BUS, OR FLIGHT WITHOUT MY DRIVERS LICENSE, PLP PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS ND BELIEVE THE COMMENTS, THEY ARE BAD FOR BUSSINESS, THEY WILL BE RECEIVING COURT PAPERS SOON IN THERE MAIL, THEY WONT BE IN BUSINESS LONG, IM GLAD I HAVE CONNECTS AROUND GORDON COUNTY, SO this can be expose to the public so this can protect future plp from hurting themselves do not be fooled by the cheap down payments if u miss 1 payment I repeat they are coming to get the janky car, they only make it look pretty by waxing outside the car and then put them up for sale saying 99$ down or 299$ down, shortly u will see this on the news as well, so I hope there gonna be smiling and laughing then like they been doing, THIS IS WHY THEY SAY DO NOT GO TO PAY HERE BUY HERE DEALERSHIPS, ONE OF THE YOUNG LADIES WERE SMILING THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY and no I'm not deleting anything, plp think it's okay to do other plp wrong bridget, can be mad the woman below that thought it was funny can be mad, the whole calhoun can be mad, everyone wanna be mad
