I had a long scratch all the way down the side of my vehicle, They buffed it out, washed and waxed my vehicle. I'm very satisfied with the work. Great job!

I dropped my car off before the shop even opened and was the first one there. I was told to leave my name and number and they’d call me when it was done. Around noon, I called to check the status and was told, “Let me see where you’re at in line,” followed by, “We should be able to get to it in a few hours.”
By that point, I had already walked across the street to the park and waited for hours. No one mentioned whether they take appointments or walk-ins only—if there’s a difference, it wasn’t explained to me.
When I went back, the guy apologized and said they could’ve gotten to it in a few more hours. I asked if they could just call me when they were ready so I could bring the car back, and he said, “No, I already have too many to do today.” That made absolutely no sense, especially considering I was the first one there. Do not go here unless you can be without your vehicle for an entire day.

I don’t care how good they clean cars, the owner is so rude and doesn’t know how to treat people. Take your money and your car elsewhere.
