Great place for 1 HR photos off phone Jonathan is very pleasant, fun and knowledgeable able prints resizing issues due to poor resolution , and products . enjoyed my photos print session made easy fir seniors. Jenny was also super helped me with first set of of prints of grand baby, not most phone savy. Both were patient and kind. Thank you. Happy with my prints.

Had text and calls about prescriptions are ready. Go to CVS 3 times just to be told 1 more day or 15 min only to wait another day. Definitely changing my pharmacy.

We were rushed the whole time we were there trying to get medicine. We felt very unwelcome at this location, yet again. We told her the 20mg was to make up a 60mg dose (given I 1 20mg 1 40mg) and she told me I couldn’t have both because I would overdose and she inactivated it. Now, i have to explain to my doctor what happened in hopes to make up this dosage. We will be transferring to the Dalton location.The parking lot is hard to get in and out of due to the set up and location of this company.

Will not use this CVS again. Went to fill a prescription on Friday, pharmacist told me my insurance company would not let me pick it up until Saturday. It was the last one of this prescription. Pharmacist assured me on Friday she would get the prescription ready so it would not get sold out from under me & I could pick it up on Saturday. Saturday I went to pick it up & it was sold. Really??? It’s ok, just tell me the truth & do what you say you’re going to do. I drove about 20 minutes to pick it up, not cool!

I’ve had some minor inconveniences but the staff has been quick to handle it. I have never been treated with less than respect. The store is always clean and the staff friendly. The only real problem is I would never use the bathroom there (even in an emergency) as the two times that I’ve had the urgency to use it I have found it to be unsanitary.

Went to pick up my prescription and was told they didn’t have it due to it being on back order for two months. I asked if another CVS had it and she stated probably not because they all order from the same place. She did not attempt to even look or try to find out. So I oh ask her could I get her to contact Urgent care to get them to change the medication to something different. She said she would call them. I asked her if I should wait. He response was Oh I wouldn’t wait because it will take them over an hour to call CVS back. I called Urgent care back multiple times and finally got someone to answer. They told me they haven’t heard anything from them

The lady with brown hair and she’s skinny old woman, she’s so rude, do not recommend this pharmacy. She is very unprofessional and talks about her customers when they’re right there and won’t even turn around to face them but will happily talk about them. She’s the KAREN OF CALHOUN. Will be getting my medicine at Walmart, at least I don’t have to wait an hour in the drive thru line and talk to a Karen.

I went here to fill my prescription. Waited in line (3rd car) for 20+ minutes. Got the the window to pay & the lady apparently did not know how to run a debit card. Apparently mine declined? Luckily I had cash on hand to pay & didn’t feel like arguing or holding up the line which now had about 8 cars in it. Then she claimed I didn’t give her enough money. Turns out, she just didn’t clean the drawer out of all the cash I put in. I don’t like accusatory people. Anyways, long story short is my card had plenty of money on it and the lady refused to swipe my card instead of using the chip reader (my card sometimes doesn’t work with the chip, which I told her about). How do I know she is incredibly inept? I went and used the same card at chick fil a and another store immediately after in which my total was more than the cost of my prescription… and I can check on my app that says I have more than $20 in my account. Please train your staff on how to take payments next time, as to not embarrass themselves. I am swapping pharmacy because I simply cannot wrap my brain around someone not knowing how a debit card is to be tendered or bothering to see if another register could complete the payment.
