I have been using this store off and on for years. It is really a hit or miss with customer service and availability of a lot of products. I have seen gas prices go up 3 times in a single day here. Granted, that's not every day but it has happened many times. If they change the POS system, the cashiers won't inform customers whether unused prepay gas payments revert back to card used or if you need to return inside for a refund. Some of the cashiers they have are so rude that when you see it's them, you just leave and go elsewhere. Only some will ask about your rewards card. Others seem to get agitated when you remind them you have one and they have already finished the transaction to the point of payment because they didn't pay attention when you told them you have one. They don't let you know if the system is down, which happens often. Rewards customers have to allot points before purchase. So if the system is down and aren't informed, you think you are using points and saving money when that is not the case. I would not use this location if it were not so close to home and if the gas didn't work as well as it does in my vehicle.

I walked in there at almost 6 A.M. and stood at the counter alone for at least five minutes. There was not a soul to be found. Finally as I'm getting ready to walk out some huge lady walks from the back and says "Can I help you?" In a rude way as if she wanted me to say no and leave. I had litteraly stood there so long I just forgot the name of what I even stopped for. I asked if they had any chew and said I couldn't remember the name of it. (I don't use tobacco, it's not for me.) She tells me "I don't know, I don't chew". Fair enough, apparently you don't take personal hygiene seriously either judging by your presentation. BUT I digress. I quickly remembered the chew was called Redman as soon as she informed me she did not chew, so I asked for a bag of Redman. This gal really just said "Nope" and looked at me. Is automation really that bad? Seems like it will solve the lack of customer service most businesses bring to the table these days. It's not stuck up customers or entitled people 90% of the time that get treated like this, it's a customer just looking for a little help. So until automation rolls around and does away with this gem of a cashier (Assuming this outdated place would ever get with the times) my money spends just as well at the gas station a mile away from this one.

Awesome place! Super clean and friendly workers. :) they always have awesome deals and I definitely love being greeted every time I come in.

Closes between 2 and 3am didn't open back up till 3:30am should say 3:30am if that's when they open back
