We came in on a mission and thank God for the helpful staff we were able to find a transitional piece.... We try to DIY
projects pretty regularly and we always get good service ....always a pleasure at this location and the prices are always reasonable ...if you got home or yard needs come to this place and you will leave happy. The staff is always helpful when you have questions and can lead you in the right direction if you're not sure the next step....DIY starts at The Home Depot!

I am so irritated at this point. Do not buy an appliance here. I bought a brand new GE washer from here less than two weeks ago. Even splurged for the stainless hoses. The washer started throwing the loads off balance after 4 washes and because home depot only give you 48 hours to return I am screwed. GE cannot find someone to service my area. Don't sell a product in an area that can't be serviced. I am beyond pissed and was going to purchase a new refrigerator and stove but I definitely will not be going to home Depot and I will never buy GE again.

Reliable store.
Bathrooms are decently clean.
Most staff is really nice, that long hair, 40’s guy is really helpful.
The Pro Checkout is generally fast.
Pro parking with a trailer is terrible.
The lattice section has been out of stock for months, on specific colors. I do lattice installs and have to bypass this store consistently due to poor stock availability on colored lattice.

I hate their parking lot. I have difficulty walking and everything close to a door is handicapped.
Inside the store is clean and cool the people are not as plentiful as they used to be so it's a little more difficult to find help.

Just when I had lost all hope in the customer service & knowledge of today's employees...We met MICHELLE in plumbing! Had to replace our water heater & after talking to her, I wanted her to follow us home & install it. She was above & beyond with her knowledge & helpfulness. I will now recommend everyone I see with plumbing issues to go see her. Give that lady a raise! She's a keeper Home Depot!

After standing at the customer service desk for about an hour after being told that I could just make an online purchase that was $100 cheaper online than in the store. After making the purchase the customer service representative then begin to argue with me that it wasn’t the same based off the picture that HomeDepot had posted of the product while the 21 customer photos showed clearly the 2 products were the same. Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever! I literally went to the desk and asked prior to making the purchase to prevent a total waste of time that it became.

Customer service / returns is a complete joke. Refused to scan my phone receipt because “it might be a picture” even though I showed the lady it was on the home depot app. Gave me some story about them being scammed for $13k by people using pictures (a joke in itself for HD to lose $13k) and I said well you can do the same thing with a paper receipt. No answer other than “it’s HD policy”. She insisted to manually type my email in. Never had a problem at any other HD.

I realized 5 seconds after finished paying in the garden center that I was over charged, and was told I have to go to the front of the store to the service desk to get a refund. I had a tired one year old in tow and had to wait 15 minutes in line to get $4 back .

Needed help in the gardening department. Alex came up to see if I needed any help. He we very respectful and knowledgeable about where everything was and remained professional. One great employee who actually approached me and helped me get everything I needed. Give this man a raise... Alex deserves it

I have been shopping in this place for years and in my opinion it is very good since you find many products that you need to build, it is a place where many people come to buy as if it were Walmart
