Katie made what was looking like a bad night into a great one. Our water didn't work at rv sight 3. We had been up since 6am it was 9 o'clock at night. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable! I understand it was her first night as night manager. She hit it out of the park! I see a long future with Loves!
