To say I was disappointed is the least. I was extremely disgusted I. The condition of the property and especially the room.
Room 105 had a hole in the wall, stained bedspread, stained sheets with hair, cockroach in the bathtub, excessive moldy caulking around the toilet which appears to have leaked into the vinyl flooring and caused that to buckle and separate.
Additionally the entrance door and jamb were in very poor repair and wouldn’t even hold the door closed sufficiently to seal properly to prevent light and insect intrusion.

This room is absolutely disgusting! Beds are hard as a rock. Rooms smell, large clump of hair beside the toilet and shower is nasty! I won’t be back. Feels like I was breathing dirty air all night

Review of Motel 6 – A Health Hazard, Not a Hotel
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel an obligation to warn others after my recent experience at Motel 6. To put it bluntly, this place was absolutely disgusting — likely one of the most unsanitary establishments I have ever encountered.
From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed cockroaches crawling openly on the pavement. That alone should have been a warning, but it was just the beginning. Once inside the room, the situation worsened significantly. Every inch of the room was visibly filthy. The walls were streaked and stained with black smudges, the floors were dark with grime, and nothing appeared to have been cleaned in a very long time.
The bathroom was a horror show. I’ve seen cleaner restrooms at roadside gas stations and truck stops. The bathtub was coated in a revolting mixture of black and brown filth that made it completely unusable. There were boogers smeared on the walls — yes, actual bodily fluids — and the toilet seat was broken and unstable. Black hairs were scattered all over the room, especially in the bathroom corners, which were also packed with dirt, dust, and crumbs that looked like they had been accumulating for months.
The bathroom ceiling and fan were also covered in a thick layer of dust and grime. It was hard to breathe knowing how unclean the air must have been. As shown in the photos I’ve attached, this isn’t exaggeration — the images speak for themselves.
It is beyond me how this location is still in operation. I left feeling physically ill and genuinely concerned for my health. I am seriously considering contacting the local health department because this facility should not be open to the public in its current state. I honestly feel like I need to be tested for exposure to who-knows-what just from stepping inside.
I am going to email Motel 6 corporate.
Do not stay here. I repeat — do not. This place is not just poorly maintained; it is a potential health risk. Motel 6 should be ashamed to have their name attached to this location.

Rooms: Room was nasty and needed repairs. The mattress was worn out. Normally motel 6 is pretty decent but this one is very run down inside and out.

The staff were overall friendly. Once we arrived in our bedroom, we were pretty unsatisfied by everything inside. The sheets were stained and dirty, the mattresses were hard as a rock. The walls were cracked and I seen cockroaches crawling in and out of the cracks. I suppose you get for what you pay for. I wouldn’t mind paying a bit more for improvements.

This Motel 6 should be bulldozed! Non-smoking room smells like old smoke and yellowing on old paint shows nothing has been painted in years. Handicapped bathroom has been caulked and recaulked leaks for years, cracked toilet tank top, filthy rubber mat in tub, flooring has tears and cuts, no toiletries for $77/night. Parking lot is handout for unsavory looking characters, people hanging out on balcony smoking and cigarettes thrown all over the sidewalks and driveway shows no one cleans the outside area. Trash thrown in parking area. The towels smell of old cigarettes and are so thin that the steam caused them to be damp before using them.
The manager was very nice, I don't know how much control she has or if she could do anything about this place but corporate should be paying more attention.
Rooms: Have NEVER been updated, and cracked items not replaced. This Motel is right next door to Home Depot, good grief, replace and paint! TV in room next door could be heard through the thin walls all night.
Safety: I did not sleep because of group of people hanging outside and my concern that my car would get broken into. The manager would not let me in the lobby because she keeps that door locked...wonder why!
Food & drinks: IHOP is attached to this Motel but after seeing the condition of the Motel and type of people that hang out here, I have decided not to eat breakfast here either.

DO NOT STAY HER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES..This is the absolute dirtiest room I have ever had the displeasure of staying in..ever. when I say dirty, there was fluids all over the walls, there was hair, dirt, the was blood on the wall and on the bathtub, unidentifiable disgusting things all over the floor, the tub and bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year...there was so much mold in the air conditioner ..if they claim it was cleaned their staff should be fired. This room was not fit for anyone to pay to stay in.. truly the health department should be contacted. I get this is a 2 star hotel and I have stayed in many motel 6's and many cheap motels.. this is by far the dirtiest most unkept location. When I walked out this morning there was used needles in the grass near my room.
Please don't post some automated response to this review apologizing and say they will let management know.. it's ridiculous that doesn't help the wasted $80 to stay in the most disgusting dirty not fit for anyone to stay in.
Rooms: The absolute most disgusting, dirty room I have ever had the displeasure of staying in.
Safety: There were loud people yelling outside of our room at midnight. We had been driving all day and needed to get some rest before driving more and it was impossible between being grossed out by the dirty room and the loud people yelling at all hours.
Noteworthy details: This was the worst experience I've ever had at a motel. This was such a waste of my money since I didn't sleep even 5 minutes. I'm so upset., I will not hesitate to tell everyone about this terrible experience.

Don't stay here! The floors were dirty and the peel and press surface was buckling or coming up. The bathroom had mildew and lots of paint and poorly applied caulking to incompletely try to cover water damage. The bathtub was dirty. Sheets were clean. Towels were stained and dingy but laundered. No shampoo, just a small bar of soap. Morning shift receptionist was polite and apologetic. All was what I would expect from a $15 room, but this was $77!
