Came in 23 minutes before closing and the front girl was very rude and hateful. Just needed a last minute fill in for my nails and felt very unwelcomed. Got what I needed and will never go back.

Nails were chipping within a few days, said I needed to remove my nails and get a new set when they were completely all still on strong and my usual nail place would’ve done a fill in. They are uneven and they look grown out barely a week later which usually doesn’t happen for me, and I apply cuticle oil daily. They simply do not do work, I’d recommend going to Foxy Nails or Allure Nails in Dalton, or in Calhoun, Luxury Nails if you want a good lasting job done. Also, nails were not what I asked for, literally sparkles put on when I simply asked for a natural nail.

I had my nails for 10 days and I had 4 that chipped, so I went back and showed the nail technician and she wanted me to pay for a complete set.(my nails usually last 4-5 weeks) when I asked why should I have to pay for another fulls set, she said if you don’t want to then you can leave now and take the rest of your nails off.

1st experience letting anyone else cut my toenails. Really nice experience, foot bath, lower leg massage, and nail trim. Felt a little funny being the only guy there but ?♂️.

I would not advise anyone to use this place of business! I took my 11 year old little girl (that keep in mind has health issues) for a manicure and pedicure once they completed her hands and feet my daughter informs me that they burnt her cuticles (photo attached) upon informing the staff I was told they only done a polish change when I sit and watched them do a manicure on my child! Then the staff started screaming at me and my child to the point my child was in tears which could’ve easily threw her into a seizure! After everything calmed down and I informed them to leave my child alone we asked for the owners name and number which we got back in response “why do you need that” we was gave a card and informed by the staff in the back that the lady in the front (which was one screaming) lied and put her name on the card! Very unprofessional!!! I might also add that after making this post the staff (without my knowledge or permission) took photos of my child!!

I've tried and tried to find a salon that has it all without the underhanded hidden costs that so many trick you into and you have to be stern and pay attention to the trickery of their sales because at the end you want to kick your own butt and definitely theirs. And THEN if it was was only mediocre or they sucked altogether, that's a bad feeling. NOT AT ,"THE NAIL BAR," BEST AROUND BY FAR AND NO SCAMS OR UNDISCLOSED COSTS. First and last time going ! Worst pedicure in my life !!!!!! You can see the difference between coats , I ask to cut cut my nail and she cut 3 only ! Worst part my nails peeled off after the 3 day ! Never going back !,,

I had a coupon for $40 from Christmas. It was for the works. Well I was informed when I went there that my coupon had expired. On the line to put an expiration date There was no expiration date. Just a purchase date. I had tried hard to get there I’ve been sick this year and when I do get there to be told my coupon is expired Made me so mad. That means they collected $40 and when it came down to it that’s what they did collect $40 for a service I did not get.
