I had a package, expenses paid, a return from a customer, all they had to do was scan and print a label and send it... and they refused, they told me they didn't have anything to scan with, it was an excuse too d**** or they simply didn't want to serve me, well, lousy service, if you're Hispanic or a person of color, I don't recommend you go there...

These ladies go out of their way to help each and every customer. I have never had a bad experience doing business here. So what if they close the door 5 minutes early to count down the registers and get home to their families at a decent hour. Maybe people should get there before5 minutes before closing time to conduct their business.

My fiancé was dropping a package off for me while I was working. Neither of us know a lot about shipping things out, and it was a very important and time sensitive item. She was very rude to him and spoke to him in a very condescending way. We both work customer service and do not take reviews lightly. The fact that we both wanted to leave a review shows just how horrible the customer service was. If you're not happy with your job, then quit. Don't work customer service with an attitude like that.UPDATE: I changed my review because the amazing service I received the second time I came here definitely made up for it and redeemed them. Thank you for helping us and making the shipping process so quick and easy! We will always use you with service like this.

Tina did a stupendous job with our wide format needs. All the prints were printed ahead of schedule and she went above and way beyond to complete the ever changing requests with a smile. She is is true definition of surpreme customer service. Highly recommended and the quality was far better than expected.

Don’t exactly understand how they try and rip people off. I asked them and they said that give the rates that their carrier partners give them (FEDEX UPS DHL). It’s simple as that. People are just ignorant and think every business is out to get them. They are nice to me and it was a quick in and out as well. Also read someone mention a new UPS store coming. Well pak mail is considered local business to me and I would only support local not a bigger company.

They get the job done, but they are not very nice about it. No one has ever really been rude to me per se, but it's the huffing and puffing that gets me. Seems a little overpriced, but that's a different story. They are fast, at least. It just blows my mind that some people working in customer service seem inconvenienced by having to work with the customers. If you can't be kind and pleasant while working in a customer service roll, maybe consider a different career path.***Edit: Saw another review that stated the employees are "condescending." That is a great way to desribe the service you will receive here.

They will try to rip you off. I wanted next day shipping on a package with just paperwork and the lady that works there tried to scam me with $156 worth UPS next day airsaver, which I later understood was just $68. And the lady at the front sold me this service saying this was cheapest for one day shipping. I told her I don't want to send it for $156 and asked for a refund. She was saying that UPS is cheaper and reliable than Fedex and kept saying the same thing over and over as if she thought I'm not understanding her. I told her I still don't want the service. So she decided to bring a person of Indian origin who know Gujarati and Hindi languages, to translate what she's been telling. She didn't know what other language I knew. She was just ignorant to assume that we spoke the same language just by seeing similarities in facial features. I had to tell her I understood what she's been saying and I don't want their service. I still don't think the lady know what she's been doing wrong. She treats the customers as if they're stupid. Customer service was poor and people at front desk are ignorant. Never going back there. Hope there is more shipping services coming to Calhoun, like the UPS store that is opening soon in the shopping mall behind Tacobell and Chick fila.

Usually, we have great service. However, went by today to get something notarized with my dad the lady that assisted us was extremely rude. Her name is Trina Chitwood. My dad renewed his license and had a paper copy. At first he handed her his old license and then he pulled the new one out. I was explaining to him that he has to show the paper copy until he recieved the new card in the mail. Well, she then got onto my dad about him giving her the expired one when i was already handing her the temporary copy. She had no right to speak to my dad rudely. He just laughed it off, but I know it made him feel bad. This was the first time he has gotten the new temporary paper from the DMV. He was not sure if to give her that. It did not stop there. Finally, after getting the paper notarized the way she spoke it seemed like she said that it would be 6. I misheard her. Instead of her saying atleast a little descently that it was 8. She spoke louder saying it was 8 not 6, and told my dad loudly "2 more dollars." By this point I got really upset because she was talking to my dad like that. Even though I was the one that had misheard what she had said. He was not rude at any moment with her. We finished paying and proceeded to leave. I was taught to treat people with respect and manners and I am so glad I did not loose my cool today. Especially because I was with my dad. Hopefully next time it will be different. As of right now, I am very disappointed.
