Completely ignored when I needed help. Wanted assistance with one of the animals with the hope of buying one and then man there completely disregarded and didn’t help what so ever. Had to stand there and ask for help multiple times and was completely ignored. terrible customer service which is extremely disappointing because I usually have wonderful experiences here.

Been to this store 2 times.....I love it! My pups love the treats I got there and there prices are about the same as other places.

Bought a water fountain for my cats and when I went back for filters was told they didn't have them. Then the clerk suggested I buy them at Amazon.

The girls there are wonderful.I bring my boys in every three months for full haircuts with a bath and they always do a wonderful job. And then I bring my boys every three weeks or so for nail clipping and ears cleaning.

I should have checked the reviews before bringing my pup to be groomed. Came home with a bath and nail trim for $56 but not sure they cut her at all. Sloppy. First pic is before, next one is after. Not much difference. Shaggy all over

Took my chiwawa up here to get her nails cut and filed only to see the groomers googleing how to do it. Unbelievable. Last time ever coming here for sure

My husband just took his mini sheep doodle to be groomed,,, was not pleased at all!! They told him ahead of time it would be $47 for the full groom deal,, but when he went to pick him up they said he was to nervous and all they did was bath him and shave a little off his stomach and file his nails!!! We were so excited about getting his ears cleaned out and feet cleaned up but what a let down and they did come down to $39,, but on there price list it says only $11 for a bath!!! We are on fixed income and don’t have money to throw away!!! It’s sad how us seniors are treated now days
