Just wanna say thanks to the young lady with red hair that checked me out just now. She was friendly and was having a bad day and she brightened it up. The food I purchased was ok but the customer service made up for it.

The restroom were clean and lots of drink options. The attached Wendy's was clean food was good. We ordered incorrectly and after we asked our cashier Ricardo fixed it for us with no problem!

The Manager Aaron was the BEST manager I've ran into out of ALL the Pilot stops I've been too
He will definitely make you feel value about yourself and help you above his requirements as one
The place is clean and The Staff is very friendly

Reading the reviews I am now assuming I just came on a bad day but all I know is one word stuck in my head the whole time I was there…LAZY! Somehow it was actually pretty clean, but that was really the only good thing, and the fact that this pilot has more snacks, and accessories than the general Pilots. All three of the workers (2 employees and the manager) who all had attitudes, frowning, just looked all three like slobs not giving 1% care of anything happening. You could see the people waiting next to us and checking out were just gettin annoyed by their demeanor. Also idk why they gotta keep it freezing in there, like I was hoping the A/C was on I was hot but I felt like there was a fan blowing on me hard asf the whole time, just isn’t convenient are inviting. Also the coffee wasn’t changed in a while, it tastes off, and then also this building has a lot of potential…but they have so much dead space it makes no sense. And finally…Wendy’s, I’ve been to multiple Wendy’s in Pilots, bc it’s like a main fast food at most of them, but this one they had a bunch of lazy non caring employees too, crazy, outta fries, outta crackers, outta tomatoes, AND their chili was DISGUSTING. Everyone knows when it comes to fast food chili Wendy’s has some good chili…but this was made wrong AND tasted like it had sat out all day, just so sad when we come to spend money, take a lil break, and gotta deal with just complete disrespect. Also you can tell the workers fixing some massive price of the concrete are taking their sweet time, as well as leaving all their stuff out. Just go up the road drivers this Pilot ain’t it.
