I really wanted to give this store 5 stars, but I can only give 2. After several positive visits, today’s experience was frustrating. I spent nearly two hours shopping—carrying two large bags of items—only to be told at checkout that there’s a 25-item limit. No associate mentioned this, and there are no signs anywhere in the store stating such a rule. It felt unfair and unprofessional. The deals are good, but this experience left a bad impression—especially since the general manager was conveniently “on vacation.” I drove two hours to get here, and honestly, I’ll think twice before coming back. Buyer beware.

This location has incompetent management and lackluster management. Their products might clearly show a markdown but the discount is not applied at the register. I was checked out by a member of management and she did not catch the $65 mistake. I passed through this town on my way to a family reunion and had no intentions of driving an hour round trip just for them to cover their mistake! They had me email a picture of my receipt and the tag on the shirt only to tell me they could make the adjustment to my credit card without me being there. And the absolute max they offered me to drive back down was a very insulting $12!
Would think twice about shopping there!

Me and a group of friends came to shop. The employee Jeff was kind of enough to go grab sizes that we needed that weren’t out on the main floor. He was very kind and patient throughout the process. We all bought polo tracksuits , polos and shirts . Def coming back

I have shopped here well over 5 years. Never have a ever been asked to show my ID to use my debit card. This was pure racism. Luckily enough I had my ID on me. I noticed that certain customers were picked to show their ID. I also know this is a requirement for returns and not purchases

Will never buy from here ever again. Their prices are crazy for very poor quality clothing. You can even wash a shirt without shrinking even if washing in cold water and dry clean.

I will never purchase anything from the Calhoun Georgia polo outlet. The staff is rude. The quality of the the merchandise is poor!! The polo outlet in Calhoun Ga. Use to sell quality clothing. The prices for the quality of the clothing is terrible!!

Glenn was great - he helped me with a difficult search for a sweatshirt that was in the store and was really patient. Used this cool little RFID thing and helped me out big time. Thanks Glenn, I’ll be coming back more often!

I used love shopping here but it’s been almost 6 months I stop going to this store cause I noticed every time I’d go in try to shop for something I’d get followed around By the manager and he’d look at me from head to toe like I couldn’t afford that clothing but little did he know looks are deceiving or maybe he thinks I was going to steal it is very uncomfortable being followed around like that ??he lost a good costumer that’s all I know

17/10 would recommend this store. I've done both the online shopping via zoom and shopping in store. I get the absolute best service and a great experience each time.Shoutout to Frida for providing the absolute best service!
