“We have a fellow that delivers sometimes that can't be older than 19. We have 17 steps to our front door, and a big bin in our driveway to put heavy/large items in. He ALWAYS brings our bigger items right to our front door. I'm 62, so he sure is doing me a favor, and I'm most grateful. He's also so polite and friendly. Well done hiring this young man.”

“This review is based of Kristy Gray alone. Kristy was our mail carrier when we lived in Henderson Glenn. Anytime we would go out of town, she would hold packages or put them out of sight so they wouldn’t get stolen. She would comeback after her shift if there were any issues. Fast forward to today, we moved across town and our new mail carrier has had issues putting our mail in the wrong locker. I called to file a complaint and Kristy just so happened to answer the phone. Kristy came all the way to my new neighborhood to try and find our mail for us. She always goes above and beyond. She always has a smile on her face, and she always puts customers first! USPS needs more like her. She deserves an award. Thank you, Kristy!”
