I picked up my online order yesterday in store. I noticed the bag was stapled multiple times across the top. That told me to check the bag before leaving the parking lot. I had to rip the paper bag to get it open. The staples at the top would not budge.
I had paid for 4 oz Bondbar mask. There was a 1 oz packet in the bag. I had paid for 2 Urban Alchemy Signature Revitalizing Masks. In the bag were 2 tubes of Urban Alchemy Conditioner. I got the masks on clearance so I didn't care about that. I would have preferred to have the masks but paying $7.95 (I used a Sally's Reward on my cart but the 4 oz is normally $9.95) for 1 oz of Bondbar made me go back into the store. Then, I could not get the email to pop up but the store manager gave me the 4 oz after some discussion. Plus, it was on the receipt. I would not have caught it if they did not staple the bag the way they did. At home, I would not have said anything about the 3 oz rip off. I may have sent corporate an email but I would be out the product.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience, all thanks to the great customer service from Jade. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and such a kind, welcoming attitude. Jade was not only incredibly helpful but also so sweet and patient as she guided me through the products I needed.
She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, offered great recommendations, and made sure I left confident in my choices. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and Jade went above and beyond.
If you're heading to Sally’s, I highly recommend asking for Jade – she’s a gem and truly made my day. Thank you, Jade, for your amazing service!

Don’t bother with in-store pick up even for a discount. They don’t care in fact they will go out of their way to mess up your order so you’ll stop placing online orders. Order from the Cartersville store if you must.

Ok soooo I was greeted... and I started to head down the polish aisle, when a clerk or manager or whoever it was, asked if I was looking for something in particular... so I said yes, I'm looking for a brush... to which she tells me I'm heading down the wrong aisle, and then leads me to the brushes and then steps only a few feet away into the back room and proceeds to have a conversation with a third person. Tbh I felt like I was being watched... I worked for Sally's over 20 years ago... and I felt like I was targeted as a shoplifter... so that aggravated me, they didn't have the professional brush I was looking for... I scanned all the signs to make sure they just weren't out of stock and another brush was placed there by mistake... I digress... so I felt I was being watched they didn't have the brush... so I decided to go back towards the nail polish... I walked around for maybe 2 mins and just left. Forgetting the other things on my list like stripes, and wax strips. So there was my embarrassing experience... ?

This store is the worst. I spoke to an associate yesterday about an online order and she knew my husband was going to come get it. My husband shows up around 5 and there’s a note on the door saying they closed early. I called corporate because it’s annoying to drive 20 minutes to a store to find it closed and all they did was apologize and said they’d let the district manager know. I asked them for a refund and said they would call the store to cancel… here we are and the store is STILL cancelled so they can’t refund me. You would think they would offer something for the inconvenience but nope. Guess I need to find a different beauty supply store from now on that values their customers money and time!

The old white lady manager at sally beauty supply in calhoun is completely Incompetent and rude. I saw her give two people advise That would have completely fried off their hair. And whenever I stepped in to correct her so that their hair would not be destroyed she said this is the second time you have done this and refused to sell me my pro product. As you can imagine I was extremely irritated she not only lost my business but the lady in front of me walked out also. This manager needs to be fired she’s not just giving product knowledge she’s giving knowledge cosmetology that she clearly does not have She told the lady to put 40 volume developer in level one color and if you have any idea about hair you would know that there’s no way that you would ever do this. She needs to go. She is outdated and so is her information and she’s going to get someone’s hair completely melted off.And apparently she hates to be corrected in front of people because she has a complex. I will not be going back to Sally’s in Calhoun.

This store has a loyalty program that is very out of date. When I first signed up it was more than a decade ago. And I no longer have access to the email I used then. And i have moved a couple of times. Everytime i buy something i get asked if the information is correct and it is not. So the clerk has to change it, which takes time and backs up the line. But the system will not permanently except the new information so this has to be done every time I buy something .as it is I never get my rewards. I asked the clerk today why we have to do this every time. And she tells me the system will not let the staff make permanent changes. So not only was her time waisted but mine and the people in line behind me as well. The kicker. I asked the clerk to tell the manager a customer made a complaint about this and she just argued with me. What's the point.
