Sky Nails has a mix of friendly and helpful staff, with some in need of additional training. One customer experienced burns on their nails from a young employee using the drill, but an Asian man intervened and an Asian woman finished the job well. The nail art services are commendable, with staff being honest about their capabilities. The waxing service, specifically for eyebrows, was excellent, but there were other employees who seemed unengaged, preferring to use their phones. Overall, Sky Nails provides good service but could improve staff training and engagement.
It’s a nice and clean and friendly. I have been go there for 3 years and more. Tea is the best person to do your nails.

I've gotten my nails done twice at Sky Nails and have used Tee both times. She is so friendly and nice and takes her time; therefore, she does a wonderful job. I will continue using her in the future. I highly recommend asking for Tee.

Took Mom here to get Her toes trimmed. She was very happy with their work ! Sky Nails treated Mom with respect and extra care that folks over 100yrs old need. I plan on taking Her to Sky Nails for next trim.
