I've been in this bank for over 10 years and I'm always more impressed with the customer service.Today's they called me to see if they could help me avoid overdraft by moving funds for my business to my personal account. Any other bank would have just charged me multiple overdrafts and made a bunch of money but not that. I'm so thankful for this Bank.

Call five times to transfer funds no online transfer s on hold for ten minutes still no results, that's ok , cause I will be moving account s, if someone can't talk to you, then something is wrong with system I will get out while I can

I'm sorry but Betty has the worst customer service and you can tell she doesn't even want to be there, her rudeness has no limts!. Does she not know that she does not have a job if it wasn't for the customers. You are supposed to exceed customer service expectations, not have mediocre service. Someone needs to retrain here. 1 star is more than what she deserves, somebody please do something about it.

Love my home town bank and all its wonderful. Associate's. Can't beat the bank manager Marcus. He always makes the time to sit and discusses all your money and banking concerns. Takes the time to make you feel like a valuable accesset to his business. Everyone is very kind and always remember you at each visit. They make you feel comfortabl, wanted and most of all appreciated. Can't beat that with a stick. I give them much props with their customer service skills. I greatly appreciate them and highly recommend giving them your business. Especially if you wanted treated special. Marcus has went above a beyond his call of duty to make s ure my account was probably taken care of. It took 3 hours but he didn't seem to mind al long as he got the situation straightened out. Thanks everyone there , for all that you do. I appreciate you.
