I have shopped here several times over the yrs. Always have what your looking for or something compairable that is normally better than what was being looked for to start. Associates are knowledgeable and informative not high pressure. Great experience as usual and the reason i keep going back.

We got there late in afternoon but, sales guy treated us like as though he just opened for the day. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they offered. And help us pick out what he considered from the information we gave him the mattress we would be most happy with. Highly recommended this store.

Was looking for a set of bed frame rails with the hook type ends. Had stopped by their location in Rome, though they were out of stock there, one phone call was placed by the owner to confirm that they had the correct item in their Calhoun store, which they did. Since we are from Calhoun, it worked out great. The price was excellent as well. Always good to shop at local businesses.

Great experience! We were shopping to replace the mattress in our guest room, they were very informative and helpful without being pushy. Helped us choose a quality mattress that will work for an occasional guest and didn’t try to constantly upsell to the top of the line products, like so many other stores do, for a room where that just isnt needed. Very affordable, quick and easy delivery for a reasonable fee, we will definitely use them again for any future needs!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with our experience. We love our new bed and staff at the store made it incredibly easy to find exactly what we wanted. The delivery guys were great, showed up exactly when they said they would be there and had the bed put together in no time. Very thankful for all the employees and our experience at The Big Matress Outlet.

This business is full of lies. The owner sold us a mattress and within a year it started to sink. I went there to get the warranty process starting but was sent back with a unfortunate experience. The owner has told me that the warranty can’t be used because I didn’t have the appropriate box spring. This was never mentioned by her the day we bought the mattress. It is disappearing to pay so much money for something that was going to be trashed in one year. This place is full of lies. I advice not to buy from this place unless you just want to throw away your money. They are so nice when trying to get you to buy but unable to help when something like this happens. Be aware and read every part of the warranty because they will hide things so you can buy.

So much easier than I expected! Luke helped us in every way possible. He was so nice & welcoming & made sure to give us plenty of personalized options. He went above & beyond & lifted the mattresses like it was nothing. ? Very thankful for this place & the experience. Would definitely recommend going there!
