My boyfriend went to return a package, and who ever is working closed the store early. The store is suppost to be opened but no one is there. It was strange.

The only reason I go to this location is because it’s the only one. I’m not sure who the older gentleman is but every time I come to this store and he is working is nothing but rudeness and distain. The other employees or teenagers are very friendly and want to help. This guy actually tried to overlook me when I was next in line at one point. I try to avoid this location as much as possible. The last time I was there he charged me $3 because he didn’t like the tape I used. He halfway didn’t want to take my money for it and had an attitude about the whole situation. It seemed to be of inconvenience for him. I really hate going to this location. The Dalton location gives a much better experience. It almost feels like he has something against me because I’m a person of color.

Terrible customer service in Calhoun. Just drive to Dalton. It’s definitely worth it.

Over all the store was clean and orderly and in an easily accessible location. However the service was terrible. The clerk ; a older Indian guy, treates me poorly. He refused to explain the process of returning an Amazon package. While I did have the wrong label. All he needed to do was explain that. Instead he threw my package and stormed off. The correct label could have easily been printed in the store; which was made aware to me by a different clerk.

Terrible customer service. Store was well taken care of, but the workers clearly had some form of prejudice or lack of care towards the people of color who came into the store. I came to return an Amazon package and the main employee that supposed to assist treated me very poorly. I have near been treated that way at any post office or UPS store before. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning.

Took an unopened package in there to return. Opened the package and wanted me to throw away the box it came in. Demanded I do so. After it was UNOPENED. Some Indian decent lady who barely spoke English it seemed. Made no sense. Went in the next day to return a package. Was properly packaged up just didn’t have one piece of tape on it to close the top flap. Guy got smart with me saying it’s not covered for instant packaging. Oh you mean for one sliver of tape it’s not covered?! I filed a return that said all I need is to put item in original package and give QR code to ups they’ll complete packing/shipping. No box needed but I provided a box. Now bc I don’t keep tape on stock it’s an issue? He said well you can buy some on the wall so you’ll have it for your next visit in a smart Alec tone. This guy appeared to be her son. As they talked in a different language on my first visit about Me after I refused to throw a box away bc I had no means and it was unopened!! It should have never been taken out to produce a box to be thrown away in the first place. Y’all should look at replacing these smart Alec people. No respect for their customers. I’ll be using other ups stores and FedEx going forward.

I’ve visited The UPS Store in Calhoun multiple times, and each experience has been top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Whether I’m shipping packages, printing documents, or getting something notarized, they handle everything with ease and a smile. The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything you might need.
I especially appreciate how knowledgeable the team is. They’re always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have the best shipping options and that your packages are secure and ready to go. They also handle any complications with grace and expertise, which makes the whole process stress-free.
This is hands down the best UPS Store I’ve ever visited. If you’re in the Calhoun area and need any mailing or printing services, I highly recommend stopping by this location. They consistently exceed expectations, and I’m always impressed with their level of customer service!

Horrible customer service. First I stood at the counter and waited approximately 5 minutes while a lady sat on the computer. She never acknowledged I was there. Eventually a young man came out of the restroom and helped me. As I was leaving, a lady struggling with two large boxes was coming in. A second male employee showed up & they both stood behind the counter and looked at the lady. I helped her with the door etc but they never offered any assistance. Soooooo rude!!! Rude!!!

This has to be the most rude people. Came in to drop a Amazon return which was in the orginal box but my code was no box just drop off. Given I never removed the item from the orginal box he was completely ingnorant and insisted to me I had the wrong box and again repeated it in a rude manner. I stated this is the box it came in like I wouldn't know that. And then talking in his native language to his associate pointing at the box laughing out loud in front of me. Now I go to UPS store in Cartersville for everything.

First time trying to do an Amazon return went in a little after 3 to the Calhoun ga UPS store. My Amazon app wouldn’t work in the store and the kid in there, previous to me not being able to get it to work, asked me for a number to do the return since I haven’t completed it I didn’t have one. I left had to do something came back within an hour. I got the app to work, while I was gone, it had a label on the Amazon app, since he asked for a number I figured they could assist me with printing it. When he (now the manager while other employee was next to him) mentioned to me I needed to print the label I brought up about the number the other employee had mentioned and the other employee claimed he didn’t say that and that he had never seen me before. So he lied . I do not recommend this place and I won’t ever go back.
