Continue to get mail of others at my address after going to the post office myself to fix this. Then they stopped my mail instead of others. Still unsolved going to see post master in a.m. to get this done correctly. Hopefully last time😡😡😡😡

I've dealt with these people for years here in Calhoun and I've never experienced more corruption in a post office in my life. Everything from paying for express shipping and having it sit for a month in their building, driving across my lawn, driving over the actual mailbox, important documents not being delivered when the documents were in the delivery truck, leaving important packages sitting on the street, cramming boxes in the mailbox that I had to destroy to remove, stealing products out of packages and delivered sealed empty ones and stealing items and marking them as delivered.
I hate that this is the only option and that there's nothing myself or anyone else can do.

The mail lady came today saw that my flag was up so that means I have mail to be delivered but instead she put the flag down and left the mail in the mailbox again

Well, apparently they made an Error for my Change/ other and; I plan to come by this Friday morning on the 14th to Straighten up the Error. Guess the Desk agent typed in my ID wrong.. Gary.... P. S.? They deliver packages to the wrong address I live in an apartment. It's not that difficult to look on the door for the correct number Unless you didn't learn your numbers in school this is unsatisfactory

This location advertise that they have walk in for passport on Saturday. I called the 800 number to confirm. When I got there I was told there was no one available to process it and the information over the phone and on line was incorrect. No offer was made for a future appointment. I drove a hour to get there for nothing

On Good Friday (Easter weekend) I went into the post office to verify this location could process passport applications. Judy was at the front customer service line and answered all my questions with kindness and ease. Someone else helped schedule my appointment for Monday and we were set. On Monday, Alina processed my child’s passport with professionalism and kindness - it was so nice coming into this post office and dealing with everyone we met. Thank you so much Calhoun, GA Post Office for your friendliness.

I had a package that was being delivered today. It showed by 4:30pm. Well at 530 the mail person showed up on our road, they were very unorganized, had to turn around go back down the road then when they finally got to my home my wife was waiting outside. If my wife had t been standing there the lady would not have left my package. My wife had to ask her for it. My weekday person is spot on and does a very good job, this weekend carrier needs to go, or someone needs to train her. I have had issues in the past with the weekend person leaving my packages on my neighbors porch and I even put numbers on my front door to match the mailbox. Rediculous!

Fast service, good neat & clean store so really my only complaint would be that they do have a few (2) rude employees :( & that’s only 2 that I’ve ran into other than that great place ??
