Kia was incredible. Anyone who needs help learning features of a new phone should definitely make an appointment with Kia. I changed from an iPhone to Android and was clueless. Through her guidance and patience I now know how to navigate my new phone after years of only having an iPhone. THANK YOU KIA!

Had to get a new phone yesterday 6/24 and I was in a hurry. Chris was patient but he took advantage of me being in a hurry and added all of this extra stuff to my plan thinking I wasn’t going to find out once I looked on the app to manage my plan. Tried to get me to buy a new charging port because “the iPhone 13 boxes aren’t the same as the new ones for the 15” like dude what no! It’s the same thing just different cord that comes with the new phone! I didn’t buy it but then he tried to tell me that to get my upgrade to get a new phone (because I was due) he said I had to upgrade my plan? So $65 a month instead of my current $40 plan! I finally got into my app and noticed the difference! My husband just did this same thing a few days prior and didnt have to upgrade our plan! This guy is a scammer and just wants his little commission! Be aware!!

Just a great experience at this store. Was asked if I needed help right when I walked in. Everyone there is so nice. Very professional and courteous. Especially Anthony Banks. Took care of adding a new line to my account. Very knowledgeable and just a great person to converse with. Definitely will be bringing all my business here. To everyone there, I thank you!!!!

Not a real Verizon store. They require every device purchase to go through financing which puts you into a contract. They refuse to let you pay retail for the device. I would avoid this store if you are looking for a phone or smart watch and just go to cartersville or rome.
