So...the manager Andrew called me this morning to inquire about my bad experience here and basically called my two separate Dr offices and me a liar. So, clearly he puts his employees above patient care. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK bc he doesn't give a damn.

Unprofessional, unwelcoming, and unclean. Managers treat employees horribly, employees treat each other horribly, customers are trashy and have no respect for each other or their environment.

Your customer service center is a joke. 4 employees standing around with a line of people to help. The older lady "actually" working May 10th around 5pm is very incompetent and very rude.

Contrary to the misleading letter that was just sent to Walmart Health Optometry patients, Dr Helms is not gone and is still seeing patients at the Calhoun Walmart. He is now an independent doctor affiliated with the Walmart vision center just like he was from 1998-2020 before Walmart Health opened. Walmart Health Optometry has closed but not Dr Helms or the Walmart vision center. You can call (706) 625-8561 to schedule appointments.

Do not get Walmart Membership for $100 that includes Free Deliveries. Do not order deliveries from this store. Every time I had issues. Almost always the order was returned + cancelled or I had to call and was usually told to come pick my order up. If I wanted to pick up my orders, I wouldn't have bought a membership. -- The system kept adding my PO Box billing address to the Street Address - but the Street Address came 1st. (#16 Buford Drive SW PO Box #xyz). The drivers would get near the area then turn around to go back to Walmart. I wrote Instructions describing the car + yard with fence. If they went to the Street Address as listed, they couldn't have missed the place. Never worked.... Walmart would not refund my membership because it was past 15 days from being billed. 6 Delivery Attempts. Each time a hassle - usually with the order cancelled. For $100.... Ripped off.... It did not matter if I tried to delete the PO Box mention in the Delivery Address - it kept showing back up. It did not matter that I had the same conversation with the people at this store when I called to ask why my order was cancelled. The same thing virtually every time. Absolutely terrible customer service due to the software systems + policies (not the people talked to).

I have been using Walmart pharmacy for years and never had a problem, until now. Back in April of 2021 I was over charged approx. $68.00 more then usual. I questioned about the price change because my co pay is only $20.00, they blamed insurance company. Had no choice I paid $85.00 for that prescription. The next refill it was the same, again I paid the $85.00. I called my insurance company to see what my co pay was ($20.00), and to see what amount they received ($20.00). I called Walmart back and talked with April, I explained what the problem was. She made the correction on their computer and gave me refund of approx. $48.00. The reason I only got $48.00 dollars back was because I used Good RX. I asked about the April over payment to see if I could get a refund on it and she said I would have to go through my insurance company to get that refund, she said she couldn't go that far back. I again called my insurance company, they said they only received the ($20.00) copay so we made a three way call ( Walmart, insurance and myself). I explained my problem, explained what was going on, asked her about a refund. I told her about the first refund I received, I also told her about using Good RX, so on and so on. She became very firm, and rude, and more or less called me a liar. She was going by what was on her computer, never mind that I had already talked to April and she made the correction earlier. This other woman wouldn't listen to me and said they couldn't give a refund that far back. Well Walmart if you care about your customers and not about the all mighty dollar this could have been taken care of quickly in a more suitable manner.. Shame on you Walmart for taking advantage of a customer who is on disability and gets paid once a month. You may want to invest in employee training classes on how to talk to people and that all customers don't lie...

TERRICK! Terrick, the gentleman working (should be supervising if not already) at the tire center was quick to help when we came in with a blown out tire. We have about 3 hours left on our 8 hour drive so we've still got a long stretch to go! Within the hour (even with a packed garage) Terrick had the tire changed and we were back on the road. His service was surprisingly fast, and very friendly/personable. We would recommend his support to anyone!

COVID epi-center! They had over 20 employees test positive & shut down for 3 days to clean the store. However they required none of their employees, sick or "in contact" with the sick to quarantine. They even admitted this in a statement. The employees are rude, especially the ones in the health center, & they treat their customers like criminals. They can't find anyone to work so they replaced cashiers with robots, leaving only 3 real lanes open. (All of those employees are rude too.) Just pay a little higher of a price to avoid Walmart.

SHOPPERS BEWARE!!! Due to my recent experience I am now aware that working inside Wal-Mart and wearing a WAL-MART smock with name tag is not an indication of that person being an employee of Wal-Mart To best explain I'd like to include this information for background. I decided to change my cell service to the Family Mobile "Wal-Mart" service using T Mobile's towers and was disappointed when I discovered this carrier's cell service does not work past Antioch Church on Dews Pond Road in Calhoun, GA, " approx 3 miles from the city limits" and remains with out service for at least the next 5 miles and in the Plantation Place Sub-Division. The coverage area map does indicate an area not covered by a very small change in color but not directly on this road way nor nearly the the correct size but I accept my part in the problem. Returning to reinstate my cell service with Straight Talk, I bring a prepaid Straight Talk phone and card to the register for purchase in the electronics department but was forcibly given a sales pitch for Sprint's cell service. I was quick to explain the details of my previous purchase and even the information regarding Family Mobile using T Mobile's Tower's. I was told the only difference was the price on the phone was 50% off with the current promotion. In response to every statement made by the pseudo-employee, I responded by saying, " ONLY IF EVERYTHING IS EXACTLY THE SAME!" When asked to sign the first form, I informed the pseudo-employee that I was not signing a contract and that would not be the same, but promised the service did not have a contract nor any commitment so rather that my name in cursive I printed, " NO CONTRACT" When told the phone would be divided into two payments, I said that if was to pay for the phone then I needed to pay then. I was informed I could not pay in full and must make the two payments. After my phone failed to work in the same area I noticed on Sprints website that Sprint and Tmobile have combined companies. On my first attempt to return the phone I was then told that I had purchased the cell service from a Sprint sales person. Not an employee of Wal-Mart and I needed to meet the Sprint sales person during her schedule. Despite my clear communication in my intentions and of what I was going to do anything not wanting to be heard was completely ignored and anything I said relaying what I needed or would be doing wasn't acknowledged at all. On Monday when the Store Manger is in I will speak to him in person. I would hope a salesman of cell service know the towers being used!!

Totally worth driving to Dalton or any other walmart! List of things they were out of yesterday. Medium Pace Picante Sauce, Basil, pork loin, flour tortillas, large cans of sliced olives. This place sucks!

Why do I have to wait over 15 minutes in the "speedy checkout" line??? It's like this every time I come here. Not to mention how hard it is to find someone to help me in any department.

The vision center inside this Walmart is the best I have ever been to. Dr. Stephen Helms and his staff are professional, polite and interested in you the customer. My appointment was very quick with hardly any wait time. A little later I had a question about my prescription and I talked to one of the associates on the phone who was very courteous and interested in helping me order the right product. He also gave me a tip to go through Walmart's website to order my contacts instead of one of the big sites and I saved a bundle by doing it! Thank you Walmart Vision Center!
