“Well it was not a pleasant thing to have to go through because I had just bought my explorer in January of this year... And my vehicle was in the shop for three months. But Warren did his best to help get all the problems fixed and helped me with the extended warranty that I purchased even though it didn't cover what the dealer that sold me the car said it wouldWarren and Angie were both very helpful and kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle.The bill was astronomical because of the extensive damage the car had. The dealer that sold it to me didn't inform me of all the issues that this car had when I purchased it. So it will make me hesitate the next time i purchase a vehicle.I love Ford products and hope to purchase a Ford next time I purchase.”
