“My wheels/tires were Very well packaged. Shipping went perfectly. I ordered them on a Sat and they were delivered the next Sat. No scratches, dents, or pings. I've only purchased the wheels/tires from EZDealin but I'd definitely go back if/when I need another item for the truck”

“Great experience with Kyle, a mobile diesel mechanic! He was finishing up another truck when I walked up needing some help putting a strap kit on the U-joint. Kyle was extremely helpful, friendly, and didn’t hesitate to lend a hand. Awesome dude and definitely someone I’d recommend to anyone needing diesel work. Great guy and great service!”

O appreciate their honesty. The tech promised a same day turn around, they kept their word. My car is running great. I will definitely highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs.”

“If you’re an out-of-towner and need something done for your car or truck, I would definitely recommend. I have an OBD 1 truck that for the life of me I couldn’t get the codes to read due to its age. Jack’s Service Center treated me right and exemplified good customer service. It appeared very busy but well organized and the service staff was very nice.”

“The only thing that could have been better about my experience would be if my car had never been damaged! They were accommodating, prompt, and effective. I received updates regularly on the status of the repair. They always answered the phone and answered any questions without hesitation. The paperwork was seemless and easy. My car was completed ahead of schedule. And you can't even tell where the damage was!”

“I really appreciate the time they took to figure out whatever the heck was going on with my car. Managed to squeeze me in for an o2 sensor and a new oil pan in just an hour and a half! I'm very happy with their communication and honesty - they recommended me to other services for parts of the car that would've been more expensive to fix here, which is very transparent of them. 🙏✨”

“We used Professional Affordable a couple years ago when we were having major issues with my mothers van. This shop was fast and reasonable getting it fixed for us. This past week we were in Fort Myers, FL fishing and my check engine light came on and the traction control went off and no cruise control and when I would stop and put gas in it, the car would not crank without me putting my foot to the floor and pumping the gas pedal. We took it to Autozone and they scanned it and it popped a code for MAF sensor so we put a new one on drove it for nearly 150 miles with no issue and then the lights came back on again and the cruise stopped working again. Went back to autozone and they scanned it again-popped up the MAF code again and 2 codes in ref to the evap system. It drove fine only acted up when you stopped to put gas in it so I looked up Professional Affordable to talk about bringing it in on Sunday as we were headed back home. Robert answered me quickly and assured me that they vehicle would make it home and it did!! I dropped it off at his shop last night after 630 pm and he called me this morning before lunch to tell me it needed a new purge valve. By 12pm he had it fixed and I was paying him over the phone. He is a very nice man who I felt went above and beyond to help me and reassure me and was very reasonable on the financial side. I know this is long but I was extremely stressed out and it was good to be able to talk to a reputable mechanic and have them tell me it was ok to drive it home. Thank you Robert!”

“I am a retired 1SG and a disabled vet; after reading the reviews from other disabled vet's on the great service they had received from Tommy Boys, I decided to try them out after another shop kept my transmission for 1 month with nothing being done on it. Brian was awesome to work with and just a down to earth person. He provided me with the best route to take for my transmission, he also provided me with other information and a POC on my LS swap engine for my 64 Impala SS sitting at the house if I needed help. The service and support along with the communication was awesome, it's hard to find good honest people these days but I found one. Thank you Brian for all you do for us veterans, your honesty makes a difference in this world.”

“My wife and I had the most enjoyable experience at Spence Chevrolet-Buick-GMX-Cadillac.Seriously, this company treated us like family. We had leased a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox from another dealership. We decided to take advantage of our Lease Purchase Buyout option. After moving to Northeast Florida we were in need of a new dealership to work with. After much research, we decided to contact the Spence dealership in Thomasville, Georgia. We started with Philip Park in the sales department. Talk about a professional. Philip lead us through the process by explaining every available option. We then had the privilege to work with William Stanfield in the finance department. Once again, a true professional and made the final portion of our transaction effortless and provided us with the best possible opportunity to secure an excellent loan rate and available extended warranty that we were able to tailor to our own personal needs. We can't say enough positive things about this organization. We are extremely grateful for the experience and we will recommend them to anyone who is looking to make an automotive purchase in the future.Thank you for all your efforts. Tim & Patty Congdon”
