In my experience BP's have been good clean stores and good bathrooms but this one was not that way. The store seemed clean and the staff was nice. The gas was expensive but that's normal for a BP. However, the bathroom was nasty. I don't think they clean it often.

I've been going by this store for the last 10 years and never had a bad customer experience until today. One employee in particular could use some more training in customer service.. or atleast not complain about the customers when you're literally right infront of them. Like we all can't hear you? Reading this, you'd probably assume it was someone younger but nope not at all. I attempted to show empathy, because who hasn't been in a bad mood at work before? I ask how he's doing? I tell him he is appreciated. I'm still met with the attitude and sass I'd expect from someone in there teens. Despite this one interaction, I still gave 4 stars because literally EVERYONE ELSE has been kind or atleast decent. And I won't name him but I hope he sees this and learns to save the attitude for those more deserving of it.

Travel through here for 14 years from Boston Ga to Albany ,5 days a week this was one of the stores I like to stop at ,even when it change ,I buy items on an daily base for work, and know the store as good as anyone after 14 years , about 6 months ago I started to buy vitamin waters 2 for 2.50 and I go to ring out its 1.49 each, this was before the scanner, has been working, they but it in manual, I remind them its 2 for 2.50 ,Mr. Willie has given me a refund for this, last week the girl rang it up and I reminder her , she had to ask an co worker about it and he said sorry they just went on sale ,I said that's funny the sale been for 6 months, and again this morning the girl scans them and it rings up 1.49 and al she care was that's what the scanner rang up and I said then go remove the sign that says 2 for 2.50. they was more times before last week that I was being charge more for my items and had to tell them about it. they are a lot of stores between Boston and Albany and some still owned by the same people but when are we going to get better and with out excuses,store has gone done from 4-5 to an 3
