Couldn't get what I wanted because store manager wouldn't allow the yard guy to open a new pallet of landscape timber but instead tried selling me the bottom messed up junk for $5.00 a piece. Very disappointed, guess I'll take my money somewhere else.

Very disappointed in that Camilla store that would not allow to be paid over phone transaction. Sent someone to buy Lumber to pay for over phone. They lost this sale and future transactions from me.

Camilla, Ga. Is a nice, small town un SW, Georgia. We are fortunate to have a Lowes or Home Depot like business to support our wide range of construction and home improvement needs.Along with Stone's, we have as wide a selection of home and business DYI products as much larger towns and cities.If they do not have it, they can get it. This is America, we have choices."

Their Employees need training. They always seem nice . But not very knowledgeable they won't let you order and load. They tell you to load before you pay. I don't like that because their prices are never as marked. Most of the employees just don't know what they are selling.

Very poor managment, Extremely high prices, lazy staff, no customer service , a couple of employees are helpful but overall feel like I'm being robbed. No excuses. Short term business plan. No leadership from manager just don't care

The store is great, but the staff Not so friendly, no help, don't care attitude, I made eye contact and they look down like they are busy, don't bother me look, I seen Four employees on duty walking around, finally after 45 minutes of searching the whole store for the parts I needed with no luck, no one ever spoke a word to me and the store wasn't busy at all, I bought a few parts I found and drove to a competitors store to finish up with the parts I needed, Everyone there should be retrained how to meet, greet, sell and want to help all customer's as quickly as possible, I have a simple project to do and they had no clue why I was there, If you are in a hurry and need true help to save time not happening here they just let you keep looking, employees have no experience no training just sale what you see, no southern hospitality, no energy. But they do have plenty of kNOw customer service. Not just this visit. Keeps repeating itself. Employees walk away ignoring customers in the store, WHAT could be more important than the customer in front of you? It starts at the TOP.

Service is horrible. False advertisement. They advertised a 2 person ground blind for $64.99, no specific brand or anything. We picked up the rhino 2 person ground blind and they told us that the price was for a smaller blind that is out of stock now and said we had to pay $109.99 for the 2 person ground blind that we had picked up.
