The repair shop is good. They schedule appointments and will take you home and pick you back up again when your vehicle is ready. I have had no complaints with the work. Labor is $110 an hour I think so keep that in mind. It is not cheap.

I had my tires rotated at this dealership on May 2, 2024. they stripped out the caps on the lug nuts with to big of a socket! And when I called about on the next day the person I talk to said the lugs were already stripped out! They didn’t mention anything to me about all my lugs were stripped out before they did the work! But when I called to let them know, he tells me they were like that already! This is the second time I have had issues with this service department! The first time I had them do a front end alignment and tried to charge me for an alignment tool! They said because it was the first time! I have dealt with them for the last time! Flint River ford service department is subpar! I would not recommend to anyone in the area! It appears to me they try to get over on certain customers! Now I have to get the lugs off and purchase some more! I truly regret using ten a second time! Picture of each tire attached! They put new tires on the on the last time! So you see, they did it!

Searched several dealerships for the vehicle we wanted with no luck. Called and Talked to Elvis and he jumped on it had us several to choose from within 10 minutes. Gave him our information and the next day we were driving it home. Their team of people went above and beyond to find us what we wanted and the dealerships owner went and got it for us. By far the TOP NOTCH place to go for great people and service when you need a new Ford!!!!!!!
