“These guys do great work my 2002 Chevrolet truck was not running right I had taken it to the dealership to be fixed but they said they couldn’t find nothing wrong with it never will use them Richard Kay Chevrolet again. “I drove all the way from Dandridge Tennessee to buy a transmission from Thompson's. I could have bought the same model transmissions one hour from home, but my local salvage yards had BAD reviews. Thompson's reviews are good. They tell of a second generation business founded on good, honest business practices, handed down from father to son. If you want my opinion....you'll find me humming down the road with a GOOD transmission that I bought from the guys at Thompson's. Well worth the drive.”

“I'm the owner I sold a set of new accelera phi-r new tires on May 4 2023 customer called said tires were wore out she claims 3000 miles is all she drove the tire manufacturer requires rotation document to credit wear so original cost was $482.00 installed and balanced I told her I would replace them for 282.00 since she was unhappy she declined she wanted a new set at no cost but the tire manufacturer will not do that”
