I’d just like to say thank you to the great staff at advance auto when I walked in tee greeted me and when I said I needed my check engine light scanned he asked if I wanted to barrow it or if I needed assistance when I said I needed assistance he sent his coworker Peter out to help me and he was able to read my code and even stayed out in the cold talking to me about possible solutions and places around here that could take a look at my car thank you again to the great staff at advanced auto

Car battery needed to be replaced and they had the one I needed in stock. They checked my old battery and replaced my new battery for free all within the 30 min of my purchase.

I'm a single mother of three that got hit with a horrible string of bad luck on my car... I have been to so many auto parts stores in the past 3 days. None of them that I would go out of my way for to write a review except for the gentleman at the store. His name is Tee and he was so helpful, and understanding to what I was going through! His excellent customer service skills and empathy to my situation will bring me back to this advanced auto parts for all of my future car part needs! Thank you so much Tee for shining some light on my very gloomy couple of days!

Always forget how disappointing this location is. No greeting. No asking if help needed. When asking an associate for help, they basically shrug their shoulders. Fortunately there are many other choices for auto parts in the area.

I really appreciate this place recycles used oil. It is such a convenience to be able to drop off used oil.
