I stopped by one afternoon and the handle was reattached to my classes. I did not have an appointment and FREE of charge! To offer that kind complimentary service is amazing these days!! I get my eyeglasses from here too and I can say for sure America’s Best in Canton Georgia is living up to their name!

The eye doctor was rude to her employees right in front of us and rushed us out of our appointments. She was unprofessional and unhelpful. She Got my girlfriend’s prescription wrong because the doctor was rushing us through the appointment like it was a speed run challenge.

I went to this location on 2/27/24 and it was the worst experience of my life. The staff was unhelpful. The doctor was very dismissive. She had not looked at my chart before hand, and said that I had a degenerative eye disease, and I had to go see a specialist right away after seeing the specialist. On 3/1/24 I was informed that I do not have any degenerative eye disease, and that the doctor who saw me was very grossly negligent in my treatment and I was told to never go back. On 3/4/24 I tried to go pick up my printed prescriptions and was denied being able to get them saying I could only get them if I made a follow up appointment of course after the horrendous experience, I do not want to go back, and I am unable to get contacts unless I schedule a follow up with this doctor after trying to make the staff aware that after the horrendous experience I had at this location they were very rude and very short with me. I have used several Americas Best locations for years and this was the first terrible experience I have and I will not be going back and I will never recommend anyone to this facility

Bad customer service when I come to get my contacts lens plus to find out the order didn't come complete only for my left eye NOT SATISFIED NOT RECOMEND.Canton Ga.

So my husband & I ordered glasses said it would be about 2 weeks I called yesterday 2/21 the lady said oh they’ve bn shipped should hv them tomorrow 2/22. Due to AT&T phone issues I called bk today the lady named MONICA was very rude , tried to over talk me & then said oh it could take 3 weeks. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING NOR WILL I BE REFERRING!!!! monica PLEASE REMEMBER CLIENTS ARE WHO KERPS YOUR JOB WITHOUT CLIENTS YOU DINT HAVE A JOB!!!

The exam experience was good, and everyone I've interacted with has been very pleasant. I will not purchase glasses from this store again. I was not offered anti-glare when ordering 2 pair of glasses. In fact, I told the person helping me that I didn't have budgetary restrictions, so if anti-glare was recommended, I would have gladly accepted it. Unfortunately, when I wear the glasses at night, I see at least 3 reflections per light, making roads look like a moving Christmas tree. I returned to the store and was asked to pay $105 to remake 1 of the glasses (I opted to wait on remaking the sunglasses). The manager even pointed out to the associate helping me (a different person than who created the original order) that anti-glare should have been added to the original order. I asked why I needed to pay for the replacement if something was done incorrectly on the original order, but she insisted that this was the only way to fix the issue. I also experience issues with reflections when wearing the sunglasses I ordered; the manager said that the sunglasses are not large enough and because of this, light will come in around the top and sides of the frames and cause the reflection issue I am experiencing. So, again, why didn't the person who helped me with the original order warn me that this could be an issue and advise me to choose different frames? And why didn't the manager take responsibility of the mistakes made by the associate who placed the original order instead of asking me to pay for replacements? Overall, I'm really unsatisfied with my experience purchasing glasses with America's Best.

Thank you, America’s Best Canton, GA, for seeking out and retaining the knowledgable, professional and personable staff you have! Each person I encountered on my visit today was helpful and treated me with the highest respect. The remote doctor, Robby, and Monica were each the kind of employee every America’s Best should strive to have. The facility was spotless and the selection of frames excellent. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

The staff at this America’s Best location is phenomenal!! I came to the Canton location after having a negative experience at another location. Not only did the staff go above and beyond to help me choose the right glasses but the doctor re-did the exam from the other location at no charge and corrected an error in my prescription. I can now see better than I have in quite some time!

Monica helped us today 11/25/2023! She was VERY pleasant to deal with. She answered all of our questions and spent a lot of time helping us make our decision for new glasses. We Highly recommend America’s Best in Canton Ga

Excellent experience. ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful. From making my apointment through my exam, follow up contact check , picking up my glasses and having them fitted and finalizing my contact prescription it was a smooth and pleasant experience.

All of the staff were wonderful. I had an issue with my glasses and they fixed them for me. Katelynn and the other staff member that assisted us were so helpful and personable. Wonderful experience all around.

I would just like to give the biggest thank you to America’s Best. I have received excellent care with every visit I have. Each team member is helpful, kind, and patient centered with goal of giving the best care possible. I feel extremely thankful to every staff member at this location! Specifically Daisy, Macy, and Caitlyn who go out of their way every time I have an appointment to meet my needs. If I could give more stars I would!
