I have called multiple times and cannot get a charge taken off my bill. They charged me and it didn’t receive it. I have tried calling and I always get someone who barely speaks English so they don’t understand. It’s so frustrating. I would cancel my service with this company if I could.

Horrible. Your call center is useless. You failed to check my tank resulting in it going dry. I called in for an emergency fill, promised that would be in one day, 3 days later nothing. Plus you want to charge me $300 for a problem you created! Horrible customer service.

On my recent order, my Estimated Delivery Time Frame was: 1/9/2024 - 1/15/2024. I didn't receive my order on the 15th and tried calling customer service, what a joke! They were hard to understand and hard to work with, I was told it could be up to 3 more days before I received my order, expected delivery can take up to 10 days.

Tank was filled with significantly more than I asked for and when I called to discuss my bill and this error, I was offered only a payment plan. Fraudulent business practice and we will never order propane from Americas again.

I cancel my order when I learned it was from the United Kingdom and there was a chance it would not be here before Christmas. When I sent a email about it no one answered. So I found one and got it already. I sent 3 emails and no one answered.I do not want it. Please refund my money back and tell me how to send it back. I will not pay return postage. since it was not my fault.

I’ve called this location three times to become a new customer with no success. I’ve been told I would get a call back, they dropped the call, or they just didn’t answer. Guess they don’t want new business.

Hello - I’ve spoken with the overseas call center 4-5 times trying to resolve issues with deliveries. While they are very nice there is a big disconnect between them and the office in Cherokee County responsible for delivering the gas.This has got to get resolved! It started 4 weeks ago. We are below 5%, live in the country outside Waleska, Ga. We both have jobs. And like many out here we have dogs that have to be put up if someone is coming. BUT , we need some prior notice to be able to take time off from work and get that arranged BECAUSE OF HOW LOW THE TANK IS.ALL THE INFORMATION IS IN THE ACCOUNT.Yesterday, I read all these reviews and saw the email they offered as a response to people with complaints. I decided to go that route rather than this public way of responding. First, I rec'd a boiler plate response. Then, at about 2:10 today, I rec'd a text saying the delivery had been unsuccessful. The chain on the gate draped over the fence was interpreted as "LOCKED". Last time they "COULD NOT DELIVER BECAUSE COULD NOT FIND THE ADDRESS". The name and number are clearly printed on the mailbox and visible from both sides. GOOGLE Maps knows where we are, UPS, FedEx & Amazon know where we are - we are in no way hidden. Honestly, it feels like there is a list of acceptable excuses for a non-delivery and they choose the one that looks good in a report that day.Today, our gate was NOT LOCKED, (our dog cannot undo the chain but a human should have no trouble) and no one had put away the dogs, and no one was home to address the fact that the tank was below 5%.We don't want to hear another word about how sorry anyone is. We don't want to waste another 30-40 minutes with the call center.We simply need someone to read the facts in the file, give us a day's notice allowing us to make arrangements to work from home and put up the dogs, and come and fill the tank. Nothing else. No more emails about "our commitment, our process, cash to recommend someone as a new customer (REALLY?)PS - if you are trying to reach me and I don't have your number, I'm not even seeing the call. Text a message the day before giving me enough time to plan. That's the way I expect to be treated.PSS - We are available all day this Sunday (but don't expect a Sunday delivery) and WITH ENOUGH NOTICE can arrange to work from home EITHER Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Select one, give us a day's notice, and we will be here.

Horrendous customer service. You'll never get an American no matter what. They have no clue what they're doing. You'd be better opening your own gas company than dealing with these guys
