Horrible experience while dealing with something that was already a headache. Went to this location to try and get some help with setting up insurance claims for our phones as they were broken. After waiting for OVER an hour with a 3 year old we finally got assistance. The only redeeming part of this trip was our salesperson Lisa tried to help when she saw our 3 year old by turning on a kids show on the tv they have in the showroom to try and occupy him, which worked and we were able to focus on what we came in there for. In the middle of Lisa and I working together. The manager, Jamie, decided to stop what she was doing (had been "working" with another customer for over an hour at this point) get up from her desk and walk over to turn the show off which was helping occupy my child so I could get service and then go sit back down to go back to "helping" her customer. It was so unnecessary and just mean. Our son wasn't running around, screaming, being loud, or even talking at all. He was sitting on the couch being very quiet until of course this happened. Lisa was the only shining star in this place.

I came in to try to fix my phone after I paid someone to “clean it” cause it stopped charging. Jamie helped me and noticed that it was dirty cause the last guy didn’t do what I paid him for. She helped me out can cleaned out my charging port for me… so grateful for her

I needed new phones and also found out On Demand was available though AT&T my area in Harmony on the Lakes. Amber was my sales consultant and did an outstanding job! Her and Bobby assisted me through everything! They helped me with the set up as well. I can't say enough about how helpful they were.
I highly recommend seeing Amber!

I was dreading switching from my trusty old iPhone 8 to a new(er) 14 because my phone transitions in the past have been difficult and complicated. This one was easy and seamless, thanks to the very helpful and professional associate who helped me out. Best in store experience with AT&T ever.

This place has terrible wait times. I tied coming in today to resolve a small issue I’m having with my phone and this is the third time I’ve been to this location and was told that the wait time would be 15 to 20 minutes for it to take more like 45 minutes to even be seen. If you’re going to set an expectation with a client, please follow through with that expectation or at least set a new expectation when you know that time is going to be way over. It affects peoples day. Especially when I see you playing on your iPad instead of actually helping people (young lady). I only post this because this is the third time this is happened to me at the same location. I know I’m not the only one who is experiencing this. I have no problem with waiting, it’s the lackadaisical attitude followed up with poor expectations and extremely long times for what it seems like no reason. Do better.

We went to the ATT Store in Canton on Hwy 20. Your store rep ‘Cory’ was GREAT!!! Very helpful, knowledgeable, nice, never made us feel stupid, gave us all kinds of helpful information. He is great!! We will always use that store for all of our cell phone needs.

I was very confused about my bill and had been ripped off by the previous manager. Jamie, the new manager and person who helped me. She was patient and kind and explained things honestly and clearly for the first time since I've been in there. I'm very grateful.

The store and the employees were completely wonderful. But adding another line to my account was gonna be around 100$ which would have doubled my bill. What happened to the days of adding another line for a fraction of the price and cost of the first line. It’s got me looking at other companies. I’ve been with ATT for a very line time. Sad to see they are getting ride of the customer friendly deals. Had to set my kid up with a completely different account. Very inconvenient.
