Never again! This was my first time going to this store. I apologies to everyone that heard what I told the manager. I don’t like when people assume I’m trying to steal because I’m returning a device that I don’t need. I went to the corporate store and they took care of me.

Robert was professional and fast. A MASSIVE diff from the corp store on Hwy 92 next to IHOP. They broke what was working and failed in a simple phone replacement. Go to Holly Springs ATT!

Elaina DID NOT listen to me ! Paid no attention to what I WANTED ! Robert store mgr NEVER contacted me like she promised. Broken promises are NOT quality service!Treat THE CUSTOMER the way they DESERVE to be respected and LISTEN !

I have used AT&T for years but this was by far our best experience . Jonathan and Elaina were amazing . Both personable and professional . Jonathan made sure they everything was perfect and that my watch synced .

I felt really comfortable working with Dane at this store, I came for a specific purpose and he didn't try to up sale me or manipulate me into more add ons like many sales people tend to do. He reviewed my account line by line to ensure that I wasn’t overlaying for unnecessary upgrade features. Companies like this tend to force employee to push additional services to increase sales which can actually push customers away. Thank you Dane for being upfront and honest with me, you’re a great representation of what amazing customer service looks like.

Robert is the BEST! He is very knowledgeable and friendly! From the beginning he was extremely helpful and knew every answer to any question we had. He remembered my husband and I on many of our follow up visits to the store and provided an overall amazing experience. We will continue to visit this location as long as he is employed here!

Elaina the store employee was awesome . It became very busy but she stayed calm and spoke to everyone. She was working on 4 lines for us. Everyone that was there waiting were very happy and we all became friends through this. She made sure we had the best experience. I would highly recommend this At&T store to everyone.

Great service from Darian and Kim. The total transaction time was quick considering complexity of order. Fantastic and friendly service when we upgraded 3 phones. Even got a tablet as well.
