“I don't go to auto part stores often because it tends to be an uncomfortable and, honestly, confusing experience. But the staff at the Hickory Flat location are FANTASTIC. They made me feel very comfortable, and I felt that I could trust their recommendations 100%. So much so that I went back twice in one day. They happily installed my new windshield wipers without a second thought and spent time working with me to see if I could find a better price on a high beam bulb replacement for my Jeep that typically run $150+. I will definitely come to this location moving forward and would recommend them to everyone I know that lives local!”
“I took my granddaughter's Nissan Altima to get an estimate on some minor body damage. The young lady and gentleman working this day cleaned off the dirt popped back on what had came loose. NO Charge!!
There is a minor dent to be repaired.

“I was assisted at Auto Zone by an associate named Ronald today —-in order to purchase an automobile battery for my wife’s Nissan Murano. He found the right battery, at a great price and even installed it for me! What a great employee you have at that location.

I had an appointment at 11a to install 2 tires I bought via the WM website. By 11:45a everything was done! The technicians and service people were all friendly and professional.
