Horrible management interaction while attempting to return a cell phone case. I was told by manager Brian that I was out of the return window, which is true but I was hoping that wasn't a problem. I had unused product and receipt. When I said I was sorry, it took me a minute to get back to a Best Buy. I told him I would take store credit if I needed too. He said it was corporate policy, they set the return policy. I said management on the ground can probably make the call. Just like at my company. He and I started to get heated, he said he could have helped me but instead I needed to get out. OMG, this whole scene over a $40 piece of plastic that covers a cell phone. His entire livelihood is based on customer service and returning customers. Well Brian just lost a lot of that. Sorry but I will not be returning to this store.

I miss the days when you would go in to a Best Buy and they were all over you offering assistance. Today, I was pretty much ignored, so sad to say, went to Walmart and the guy working in electronics had the info I needed.

This is the place for a techy like me, clean, nice staff, and organized with good inventory and stock. I can confidently say I buy ALL my electronics here and get good discounts that rival any online store or deals going on. As a veteran, I sometimes get even better deals than anyone could anywhere and no need for same day shipping when it's the same day in my home or computer. My mouse, keyboard, Webcam, and computer on top of some smart lights and leds all come from this beautiful mecha of all places, tech, and cool. Hell, even my coffee pot has wifi and Netflix (jk) ?. My next purchase is one of the scooters, so I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for ANYTHING electronic.
