Took my Pom here for the first time the cut they did was ok. They charged me 65 dollars and they gave me her and she was shaking and wasn’t fully dry they didn’t fully blow dry her hair never coming back.

I really do like the people who work here and I do know they're busy and do well with the cuts... However, have you seen the back?! The cages and area where they keep the dogs looks absolutely awful. They use very old and rusted cages piled on top of each other in very dark rooms. It really looks awful. I would never want my dog to have to stay here! It looks frightening!

We found Bridgemill through our vet, Harmony Animal Hospital, a few years ago. Initially we were happy with the cut on our golden retriever and went back several times. However probably in the last 12-14 months they can’t seem to keep groomers. What this has meant is appointments are hard to get, sometimes the earliest being 3-4 months out.
We have been requesting the same style cut on our golden the last 5-6 times but recently the quality in cut has decreased and our most recent visit they barely did a cut at all yet still charged us over $100 and kept him for 4 hours. It was not the cut we requested and instead of being apologetic, they more or less shrugged and said the groomer was new and would do better next time. The only concession we got was they would move his cut up and would get him in earlier to cut his hair correctly. That was back in April/May.
Our appointment was set for early July but we couldn’t remember the exact date so my wife called and was shockingly told that our appointment didn’t exist anymore because another groomer quit. There was no attempt by Bridgemill to notify us of this change. The customer experience has been nothing but poor since 2023 and we will be taking our business elsewhere to find more consistent grooming. I don’t know what’s going on with this place that all their groomers keep quitting but it has ended up meaning a serious decline in service and consistency yet their prices keep rising or staying the same.

We have been having our 2 dogs Stella and Luna (Maltese and Yorkie) groomed by Molly for the past six months and today they had Lena as a groomer. went in to trim my dogs nails (11-10-22) got told they couldnt finish the job because they were understaffed, they only trimmed the hind legs and still charged me full price... never coming back... I try real hard to support local business but this is unacceptable
