Drove from woodstock to make a return as this was the only cato I knew of being close to me. I walked in and the dark headed worker, didn't get a name, was standing there talking to another customer. She saw I had a return in my hand and child in tow and said I can't do returns or exchanges because my internet is down. You can come back tomm was her exact words. Rude and not helpful at all. Thankfully the girls in kennesaw were helpful and took care of me. Not to mention that more than likely the store in riverstone just didn't want to do a return. Might I add it's funny you can do sales with no internet but not exchanges or refunds usually they all run on the same system. I'm going to chalk this one up to the worker being LAZY.....I'll shop elsewhere moving forward.

Walked in this store, 3 sales associates working throughout the store, no one acknowledged me coming in or asked if they could help me after my walking around for about 20 minutes! Need a new manager!

Sales clerk refused to let me use the bathroom. Said 1. I might steal something and 2. Said she’d have to clean it after I left. Fine, I’ll shop elsewhere. Went to BELK. Used the bathroom without anyone accusing me of stealing. Spent lots of money! Thanks Cato, their stuff was way better too!

They're alright, they just lock the door 10+ mins before closing time. Already as it is they close at 7pm.

Love my CATO - most of my clothes come from CATO and always have - I would be lost without you!!! Every time I wear something new from here I always get compliments. Many thanks to the staff who are very friendly and knowledgable.

Some of the lady employees can be quite rude and they're way to high on they're prices for t bgg e quality of product bug they do have very good smelling cheap knockoff perfumes , the cutest costume like jewelry ,some sterling silver and very cute ,stylish shoes for not to high

Well I walked in as the only customer at the time staff glared at me and watched very closely as I walked around the store never saying a word ....super uncomfortable I stayed about 15 mins and then left...I wont be back!
