I’ve called several times about the phone appointment I set online for my business needs. Nobody called me on the day of the appointment. I called the assigned rep Ari and she didn’t answer so I left a voicemail. After never hearing back I contacted the branch. The representative told me Ari was out of the office but another rep would give me a call the next day. 3 days later, still nothing. I would never do business with a company that doesn’t care about their own business. I would not recommend my friends, family, or business partners to ever do business with this branch.

This place needs to be shut down immediately I came with my mom and they treated her horribly bad the Latina Gaby was so rude to my mom and other woman around her were rude to my mom as well. Does not deserve a star at all they treat people so poorly and no wonder everyone changes to other bankers

What a sleazy bank. I used their machine to withdraw $200. I was charges $3.50 service fee. I took the money inside to a teller to exchange the $20 bills for 4 $50 bills. I said I wanted for gifts. I was denied the exchange of the $20’s because I wasn’t a customer of theirs.

I came in this evening to cash a check. It was my very first time doing so, as I've never had to until now. I'll admit, I was never taught how to do this. I was also in a bit of a rush. Well, I hand her the folded up paper that was mailed out to me, and the teller looks at me confused and asks for just the check. So then I'm like oh yeah so sorry, I rip it off, and hand it back to her. Then she tells me to sign the back. So, I sign the back. Out loud, in front of every other worker and people in line behind me, she says "wow, I've never seen anyone do that before" with a judgement al face. I quite literally signed the back rather than the top like you're supposed to because again, it was my first time and I was never taught, I was also in a rush. I felt incredibly embarrassed by the whole interaction, and cried in my car as soon as I got outside. I don't know, maybe just be more patient with people and less obviously judgemental. I unfortunately didn't catch this woman's name but oh well. Thanks anyway, now I know how to cash a check.

After a horrible first experience with this Chase location, we gave this branch a second chance simply because it is the closest to our house. We worked with Carson and he was great. He answered all of our questions, helped us open two new accounts and was very efficient with our time.

ATM is ALWAYS broken and now this is the only location in canton. Take locations away and never fix the only ATM available, makes great sense. Not the best customer service by staff either

After a horrible first experience with this Chase location, we gave this branch a second chance simply because it is the closest to our house. We worked with Carson and he was great. He answered all of our questions, helped us open two new accounts and was very efficient with our time.

Horrible customer service. I've been dealing with this bank because my Father has an account here, and it's always a miserable experience. Recently, when I had to open a new account for my Father, I asked to use the restroom while I waited for the banker. I was told by 3 people that I could not use the restroom, because it was "private" and that they did not allow customers to use it because they thought they were "messy". The manager was rude and I told her that if I did not have to deal with this bank for my Father, I would NEVER use it. She didn't care. And I've been calling for DAYS to get ahold of a banker, and they don't even have the courtesy to have someone answer their phone. It goes to an automatic system and if you ask to speak with a banker, it rings a couple of times and doesn't even let you leave a voicemail for a local banker. Hideous. They are a bank to AVOID.

When I initially opened my account I was not impressed at all with the customer service at this branch. Well let me say now, WOW I have been there several times in the last few months and every single person I have encountered had been super nice, friendly and welcoming. Customer service is A+. Wonderful turn around.

Recently opened a few accounts, one of which I need to make joint for my wife. Chase only lets customers add account holders inside of a branch, which I learned by calling customer service. I try to schedule an appointment online for Saturday and there's no option. Customer service then tells me it's okay to go into a branch without an appointment.So my wife and I plus our two small children go to the Riverstone Pkwy branch. I inform the teller Eli why my wife and I are in the branch (to add her to a checking account). Eli says he isn't trained to update accounts, but the teller next to him has the training. I ask if we may wait for that teller. Eli says no. I ask why. Eli says because there is a line.Eli asks the two personal bankers if they can assist. They say no. I overhear one of the personal bankers, Keon, state that I can only be helped with an appointment. Given the condescension in Keon's voice, I tell him, as I already told Eli, that I called customer service and was told to come in today. Keon, who was in a meeting, gets up from his desk to meet me at the teller's counter. Now Eli and Keon are both saying they're unable to help us because there is a line. Not once did anyone offer to schedule an appointment for my wife and I (Eli said he would call another branch, held the phone to his head for maybe 30 seconds, and then said that no one picked up). Worse yet, Eli genuinely seemed to enjoy telling my wife and I that no one will help us--it was so disrespectful that my wife took our two small children and left the branch. Lastly, I asked Eli twice to write down the name of the other personal banker who refused to provide service and he wouldn't do it.Maybe we should stay with Wells Fargo.

Amazing branch. Friendly, easy to work with and professional. Been banking with them for over 6 years and wouldn't change. Great team.
