I didn't do enough research before opening a checking and savings account here. My fault, it was convenient so I chose it, my mistake! You have to operate the machinery yourself to deposit some funds, no traditional tellers. No drive through, you have to go inside. If you want to see a human you have to wait, they have chairs for you to sit while waiting to get to a person. This is a really STUPID concept for a financial institution. I will be closing my account shortly to go to another bank.
