  I used the branch ATM at 2018 Cumming Hwy in Canton as a part of a shared service location from my normal credit union that I am a member of through my employer. The ATM gave me a $ 20 bill that was unusable (only 70% of the bill was issued) and LGE refused to swap the $ 20 for one that would be accepted by merchants. There answer was for me to drive to Atlanta and exchange it for a $ 20 bill at my credit union. Even though it was there ATM that issued the faulty bill. I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service and problem solving skills. I would never use this bank and will look for every opportunity to tell others my story.

  I didn't do enough research before opening a checking and savings account here. My fault, it was convenient so I chose it, my mistake! You have to operate the machinery yourself to deposit some funds, no traditional tellers. No drive through, you have to go inside. If you want to see a human you have to wait, they have chairs for you to sit while waiting to get to a person. This is a really STUPID concept for a financial institution. I will be closing my account shortly to go to another bank.

  Takes forever to do anything here. Terrible concept in banking. Just trying to make a car payment takes forever. No traditional counter service
